Effects Of Nosiheptide On The Histological Morphological Changes Of Small Intestine And Performance In Weaning Pig

This study mainly proved the best adding level through.the effects of Nosiheptide on the production performance in weaning pig,which to offer trial basis and application reference 165 crossbred weaning pigs(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire) were divided into 5 groups at random(11 weaning pigs in each group);the control was fed with base diet, groupⅠfed with 2.5mg/kg Nosiheptide diet,groupⅡfed with 5mg/kg Nosiheptide diet,groupⅢfed with 10mg/kg Nosiheptide diet and groupⅣfed with 20mg/kg Virginiamycin diet.The results were as follows:(1) Antibiotic improved each group production and economic benefit,groupⅢ(10mg/kg Nosiheptide) was the best(p＜0.01). (2) Adding Nosiheptide could significant improve feed utilization and ADG(average daily gain),the higher the better.(3) Adding Nosiheptide could suppress intestinal Escherichia coli and Clostridial and reduced the diarrhea rate.(4) The effect of Nosiheptide on weaning pig intestinal muscosa morphologic was not significant,but it could make intestinal wall thin,intestinal willi length,crypt shallow,and 10mg/kg Nosiheptide could significantly improve intestinal willi length and reduce intestinal wall(p＜0.05).(5) Adding high Nosiheptide could significantly increase serum total protein and albumin levels(P＜0.01) significantly reduce the ALT and AST levels(P＜0.01) reduce total cholesterol(P＜0.05), free fatty acid(P＜0.05).On serum glucose,triglycerides,alkaline phosphatase concentrations little effect,on serum calcium,phosphorus content was not significant.
