Studies On Technique Of Preharvest Adjustion And Postharvest Preventing-Drop On Berry On The Seedless Table Grape Of Xinjiang

Abstract/Summary:
The seedless table grape from grape base on the general farm and grapery on 5 company of independent corps of shihezi in xinjiang was used as material by way of insufflating phytohormones like qibao, zeatin, gibberellin to measure economics character such as total acid, total sugar, the rate of total acid to total sugar, TSS, VC, respiration intensity and botany character such as length of fruit spike, diameter of berries, fruit peduncles and spike peduncles during growth, the result showed that three kinds of phytohormones can better adjust economics character and botany character of the grape during growth:TSS of three are all of 18%, total acid: total sugar 20:1, which favor storage; fruit spike length sprayed by qibao is 26.7cm, which is the longest; diameter of fruit peduncles and diameter of spike peduncles after spraying zeatin are all the longest, which is 3.37mm and 2.76mm respectively; the longest diameter of berries is averagely 7.63 cm, which is sprayed by gibberellin. As a whole, the figure and degree of tightness of fruit spike through qibao is of moderation, it's adjustion effect to the seedless table grape during growth is the best among three of them, zeatin is second, gibberellin is last, which is beneficial for us to prevent berry drop during store.Then, by way of plant physiology, biochemistry and analytical chemistry, effects of phytohormones during preharvest on enzyme activity in the abscission zone, the release of respiratory of berry and blet rates, brown rates, commodity rates and threshing rates of berries during store are studied, the experimental results is as follow,1. With the prolong of storage period, the activity of related enzyme in abscission layer and respiration intensity will affect seriously abscission rate of berries during storage period, however, preharvest growth regulator, postharvest preventing-drop reagent armed with low temperature storage can retard formating cell in the abscission layer, postpone adscission zone appearance, sequentially stay grape drop.2. The experimental results three months later keepping fresh at low temperature also showed that preservation effect of the grape sprayed by qibao is obvious the best and rate of drop through it is only 11.25%, that of zeatin are inferior to qibao and rate is 13.1%, the later gibberellin and rate is 17.89%.3. Thus it can be seen that compared with those, the qibao is the first-rank technique in preservation and preventing-drop on berry of the seedless table grape and bound to substitute conventional gibberellin and become developmental orientation in preventing-drop technologies on berry of the seedless table grape in the future.At last, the relation of postharvest abscission form and berry drop is discussed, which provided theoretical support for reducing abscission of the seedless grape during storage.
