Theory Method And Design Of Concept Planning

As a plan method, Concept Planning offers us a new view on the current zone system. In the rencent years, Concept Planning was widely used in many different scale region including cities, some industry parks etc. Since the application of the method, there are many controversies on the point of research emphasis, plan forms etc., and almost every professional in the field has his own understanding on these topics. So nowadays, no consensus is reached in the content and design of Concept Planning. Base on the research of predecessors, this dissertation focuses on the grope of theory method and design process of Concept Plan. The obvious feature about this dissertation is the using of the demonstration study. The case of Hengshuihu natural resever's indusrtrial project, sets a good example for identifying the application of Concept Planning.
