This study research the effect of glucose oxidase(GOD)on broiler growth,discuss the mechanisln of promote broiler growth through gestrointestinal physiology index,blood biochemical index,immune index and nutrition digestibility and so on.300 one day old Ross 308 brolier were randomly assigned into 5 groups with 6 replications of 10 birds each.GroupⅠwas the control group that was provided basal diet. GroupⅡ,GroupⅢ,GroupⅣand GroupⅤwere added 0.15%,0.3%,0.4%,0.5%of GOD respectively.The experiment perid were 42 days,mensurate the index on 21 d and 42d.The result indicate that follows,(1)Addition of GOD in diet can increase day weight gain.GroupⅣand GroupⅤsignificantly increased day weight gain in 1~21d(P<0.05), GroupⅤsignificantly increased day weight gain in 21~42d(P<0.05),GroupⅢ,GroupⅣand GroupⅤsignificantly increased day weight gain in 1~42d(P<0.05).Adding GOD had no significant differences in feed intake in each stage(P>0.05).GroupⅤsignificantly decreased F/G in 1~21d(P<0.05),GroupⅢand GroupⅤsignificantly decreased F/G in 21~42d and 1~42d(P<0.05).(2)Addition of GOD in diet can improve apparent nutrition digestibility.GroupⅣand GroupⅤimproved apparent utilization rate of crude protein in 1~21d and 1~42d(P<0.05). GroupⅣand GroupⅤimproved apparent utilization rate of Ca and P in1~42d(P<0.05), whereas,had no significant differences in apparent utilization rate of Ca and P in1~21d.(3)Addition of GOD in diet can improve carcass characteristics.GroupⅣsignificantly increased the slaughter ratio in 21d,GroupⅤsignificantly increased the slaughter ratio in 42d.GroupⅣincreased the half thorax ratio 4.14%than GroupⅠin 21d(P<0.05),GroupⅢ,GroupⅣand GroupⅤincreased whole thorax ratio 6.43% (P<0.01),7.22%(P<0.01),6.39%(P<0.01)than GroupⅠin 21d.GroupⅢand GroupⅤsignificantly increased whole thorax ratio in 42d(P<0.05).(4)Addition of GOD in diet can effect of blood index.GroupⅣand GroupⅤincreased the serum TP significantly(P<0.05),GroupⅤsignificantly increased ALB(P<0.05),GroupⅣsignificantly increased GLOB(P<0.05),GroupⅣand GroupⅤsignificantly decreased serum BUN(P<0.05),serum SOD and MDA has no difference in each Group(P>0.05).GroupⅢ,GroupⅣand GroupⅤincreased serum IgG 6.76% (P<0.05),8.11%(P<0.01)and 9.46%(P<0.01)than GroupⅠ. (5)GroupⅣand GroupⅤsignificantly increased thymus index,spleen index and Bursa of fabricius index in 21d(P<0.05),GroupⅤsignificantly increased thymus index in 42d(P<0.05).(6)Addition of GOD in diet has no significantly effect on pH of proventriculus and gizzard and duodenum content in 21d and 42d(P>0.05),GroupⅤsignificantly decreased jejunum content pH in 21d and 42d(P<0.05),GroupⅤsignificantly decreased ileum content pH in 21d,GroupⅡ,GroupⅣand GroupⅤsignificantly decreased ileum content pH in 42d.(7)Addition of GOD in diet has no significantly effect on Caecum Microorganism. GroupⅡ,GroupⅢ,GroupⅣand GroupⅤsignificantly decreased the number of Escherichia coli(P<0.01),GroupⅢ,GroupⅣand GroupⅤsignificantly increased the number of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli(P<0.01).(8)GroupⅣand GroupⅤsignificantly increased the activity of amylase in 21d(P<0.05),GroupⅤsignificantly increased the activity of amylase in 42d(P<0.05),the activity of lipase has no different in 21 d and 42d(P>0.05).Compared with the GroupⅠ, GroupⅣand GroupⅤincreased the activity of trypsin 37.63%(P<0.05),41.40%(P<0.05) in 21d and 35.29%(P<0.05)和41.78%(P<0.05)in42d.(9)Addition of GOD in diet has no significantly effect on villus height,crypt depth and small intestine wall thickness of duodenum(P>0.05),excepte for GroupⅢsignificantly increased villus height of duodenum(P<0.05).GroupⅤand GroupⅣsignificantly increased villus height/ Crypt depth(V/C)of duodenum in 21d and 42d respectively(P<0.05).Compared with the GroupⅠ,GroupⅡ,GroupⅢGroupⅣand GroupⅤincreased villus height of jejunum 3.80%,19.63%(P<0.01),4.42%,24.54%(P<0.01)in 21d and 1.27%,15.99%(P<0.05),8.59%,16.63%(P<0.05)in 42d.GroupⅡ,GroupⅢGroupⅣand GroupⅤdecreased Crypt depth of jejunum 10.68%(P<0.05),2.30%,6.49%,6.49%in 42d. there have no difference in small intestine wall thickness of jejunum in 21 and 42d(P>0.05). GroupⅡ,GroupⅢGroupⅣand GroupⅤincreased villus height/Crypt depth(V/C)of jejunum 8.33%,16.95%(P<0.05),9.48%(P<0.05),27.30%(P<0.01)in 21d and 13.90%,18.91%(P<0.05),17.31%(P<0.05),23.69%(P<0.01).
