The trial began from 2006.8-12 (autumn sowing) to 2007.2-6 (spring sowing) with the high oil corn 115 as control. The contents of dry weight, moisture, oil, protein, soluble sugar, starch and amylase activity in the embryo, the other section a kernel of a kernel except embryo (OSK) and kernel were measured during of kernel development of micro-endosperm super high oil corn. The objective of this experiment was to approach the laws of decrease and increase of storage materials and amylase activity, and to find out the influence of environment through the analysis of dynamic changes of results, the simple correlation coefficients between storge materials and between storge material and amylase activity and path analysis of the main storage materials.The main results were summarized as follows:1. Dry weight per embryo increased gradually with the development of kernel, dry weight per OSK and kernel showed a change law of a single peak, dry weight per OSK of the peak appeared on the 28th day after pollination, dry weight per kernel of the peak popularly appeared on the 35th day after pollination of micro-endosperm super high oil corn. Dry weights of per embryo, OSK and kernlel of micro-endosperm super high oil corn were significantly lower than that of high oil corn 115 on the 21st~49th day after pollination.Embryo weight ratio mean value of micro-endosperm super high oil corn was 43.93%, which was 2.47 times that of high oil corn 115. It showed that micro- endosperm super high oil corn notable characterized by large embryo.Moisture contents of embryo, OSK and kernel of micro-endosperm super high oil corn showed a downward trend with the development of kernel, and decrease rates were less than that of high oil corn 115. Period of high moisture contents of micro-endosperm super high oil corn maintained to the 42nd and which of high oil corn maintained to the 21st day after pollination. Clearly, there was a long fresh period of moisture contents in kernel of micro-endosperm super high oil corn than that of high oil corn 115.2.The oil percentage of embryo of micro-endosperm super high oil cornshowed a law of a single peak, which appeared on the 21st day afterpollination. The oil percentage of OSK and kernel increased with thedevelopment of kernel of micro-endosperm super high oil corn and which washigher than that of high oil corn 115. At maturity, the oil percentage kernel ofwhich was 2.64~2.92 times that of high oil corn 115. It showed that therewere higher oil contents of micro-endosperm super high oil corn thanproperty high-oil corn.3.Protein contents of embryo and OSK were overall upward trend,protein contents of kernel expressed a change law as "V"-shaped ofmicro-endosperm super high oil corn. Protein contents of OSK and kernel ofwhich were significantly higher than that of high oil 115 on the 14th~42ndday after pollination. So, it showed that there were higher protein contents inmicro-endosperm super high oil corn.4.Soluble sugar contents of embryo were an upward trend in general, butwhich of OSK and kernel were a downward trend of micro-endosperm superhigh oil corn with the development of kernel. Soluble sugar contents ofembryo, OSK and kernel were higher than that of high oil corn 115. It showedthat there were higher sugar contents in micro-endosperm super high oil corn.5.Starch contents of OSK and kernel changed gently with the development of kernel in micro-endosperm super high oil corn, but contents of which obviously lower than that of high oil 115. Starch content of kernel of micro-endosperm super high oil corn accounted for the dry weight of whole grain only about 10.06% on the 14th ~ 49th day after pollination. But starch contents of kernel of high oil 115 accounted for the dry weight of whole grain about 56.11%. It was clear that there were lower starch contents in micro-endosperm super high oil corn.6. It didn't find that amylase activity of embryo, OSK and kernel existed general change laws in the two tests. It still required further study.7. The results of the simple correlation analysis between storge materials and between storage materials and the amylase activity of micro-endosperm super high oil corn of two tests showed that there were extremely significant positive correlations between dry weight and moisture, dry weight and oil, dry weight and protein, dry weight and soluble sugar, dry weight and starch, dry weight and amylase activity, moisture and soluble sugar, moisture and starch, oil and protein, oil and starch, protein and starch, protein and amylase activity, oil and embryo weight ratio, oil and embryo oil ratio, protein and embryo weight ratio, protein and embryo oil ratio.There were basically accordant laws of changes in the two tests, but there were some differences and there were certain differences in the simple correlation coefficients. It showed that there were influences from environment.
