| The overall nutrient component of Micro-endosperm super high oil corn(MESOC) was analyzed in this study, which the control was general corn, supersweet corn, and high oil corn. Primary study was done on simple correlationsbetween every trait of nutrition, correlation trend of parents and offspring, heredity trend of heterosis, difference of positive cross and back cross, varianceof different type and plant lines. The purpose is to investigate the contents ofnutrients component and heredity of nutrients in MESOC and probability ofapplication. The research results are as follow.1) The content of 19 nutrient traits of MESOC were higher than that inthree controls in the 25 traits measured. Compare with general corn, the contentsof oil of seeds (19.85%) , content of oil of embryo free (8.98%), ratio ofembryo/kernel (41.94%), the content of total proteins (21.58%), the contentof total amino acids (18.88%) , the contents of essential amino acids (7.18%),Lysine (0.89%), The content ofβ-sitosterol (314.99 mg/100g), Vitamin E(13.20 mg/100g), Oleic acid (7.49%), linoleic acids (9.31%), linolenic acid(0.28%), the content of zinc (80.76 mg/kg) , the content of copper (11.14mg/kg) were times of 4.78, 14.97, 4.02, 1.90, 1.93, 1.95, 2.97, 2.76, 4.06, 5.8,4.35, 5.6, 2.03, 1.9, respectively.2) There were some superiority different among typeⅡ, typeⅢ, typeⅣofMicro-endosperm super oil corn (MESOC). It showed significant negative correlations that were the content ofpalmitic acids and the content of oil of seeds, the content of manganese and thecontent of oil of seeds, the content of starch and the content of oil of embryo, thecontent of palmitic acid and the content of oil of embryo free, the content ofmanganese and the content of the content of oil of embryo free, the content ofstarch and the ratio of weight of embryo/kernel, the content of starch and thecontent ofβ-sitosterol, the content of magnesium and the content of starch, thecontent of palmitic acid and the content of phytic acid, and the content of copperand the content of fatty oil, respectively.5) The expression of heterosis trend between offspring and parents showedthe positive in the weight of 100 seeds in mid-parents heterosis and high-parentsheterosis. The mid-parents heterosis showed the positive in the content of Lysine. The mid-parent heterosis and high-parents heterosis showed negative in the ratioof weight embryo/kernel. The high-parents heterosis in the content of starch andphytic acid was negative. The other traits showed the different heterosis trend.6) The analysis of correlations between offspring and parents indicated that the content of Lysine and Vitamin E showed very significant positivecorrelations between F1 and female parent. It showed significant positivecorrelations between F1 and female parent that were the content of oil of seed, ratio of oil of embryo, ratio of oil of embryo free, ratio of weight ofembryo/kernel, the content of total amino acids, the content of starch, iron, manganese, respectively. It showed very significant positive correlationsbetween F1 and male parent that were the content of phytic acid and palmiticacid. It showed very significant positive correlations between F1 and averagevalue of parents that were the content of oil of seeds, embryo, embryo free, ratioof weight of embryo/kernel, the content of total proteins,Vitamin E, palmiticacid, magnesium respectively. It showed significant positive correlations thatwere ratio of embryo/oil, the content of fatty acid, linolenic acid.7) The experiment of positive cross and back cross showed that there werebig different in the content of linolenic acid and the content of iron. But othertraits didn't show any different.8) The variance of the different lines of the same type and different plantsof the same lines is very small and showed the traits were relative stable. Formany traits except of the content of calcium showed that the variance ofdifferent plants in the same line was smaller than that of different lines of thesame type. Those showed that there was some segregation of biochemical traitsin the process of selecting lines. |
