Study On Pugionium Gaertn. Vernalization Characteristics And Reaction Of Low-Temperature Stresson

Abstract Pugionium Gaerten. s a very important shrub species for sandy vegetable inhabilitatio- n in Inner Mongolia of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region China for its high ecological and economic values.P. cornutum(L.) Gaertn. and P. dolabratum Maxim. is its two species.The influences of 4℃treatment on the response to physiological index and differenc- es of different ages seedling on P. cornutum and P. dolabratum were studied in this paper. The result also restoration mangement to seedlings of P.cornutum and P.dolabratum after low temperature expression,used to determined the dates of lethal.The result also studied different sowing dates on P. cornutum and P. dolabratum bolting and flowering in greenhouse,further to the vernalization characteristics of P. cornutum and P. dolabratum. The results showed that:1. Under 4℃low temperature stress,the electrolytes osmotic rate and MDA content showed an increasing tendency with the development of treatment days,the increase in P. dolabratum was more than that in P. cornutum, it was showd that the membrane stability of P. cornutum was stronger than P. dolabratum.2. The three protection enzymes(SOD, POD, CAT)activity of Pugionium Gaerten. first increase and then decrease, they had different changes.3. Under 4℃low temperature stress, the contents of soluble sugar and protein first increase and then decrease, the increasing amount of P. cornutum was more than P. dolabratum.4. The Suitable Sowing Dates in order to collect seeds in solar greenhouse is Sep 1 to Sep.15.5. 2 leaves of P. cornutum and P. dolabratum.can not bolting and flowering in solar greenhouse,but the 2 leaves seedling of P. cornutum can do it after 30 days treatment under 0～10℃, also 4 leaves seedling of P. dolabratum after 40 days treatment.Its can not be bolting and flowering when.P. dolabratum germinating seeds under low temperature treatment in cyrrent year. The results indicate that P. cornutum has 2 leaves, stem is about 0.213 cm when the seedling vernalization, The needs of 0～10℃low temperature treatment are 40d; P. dolabratum belongs to green vernalization plant, it has 4 leaves, stem is about 0.209 cm when the seedling vernalization; The needs of 0～10℃low temperature treatment are 40d.
