This development model analysis the character of the each benefit main body in industrial chain in the course of the trans-gene rape industrial production as well as its reciprocity between various benefits main body, and combines industry chain's external environment——market resources and the government policy, takes the benefit as the final links, connects the trans-gene rape promotion's related body, finally establishes the development model that takes the technology development, the production, the circulation and the market marketing service as the primary coverage from the top downward.
