In this article, we Singled out and parallel researched Grass Industry And Animal husbandry of Tibet prairie animal husbandry, will research the Tibet grass industry sustainable development from the legal protection 's angle, and analyze the Tibet Animal husbandry sustainable development from the policy support's angle. Through the research, we believed that in order better realizing the Tibet Grass Industry sustainable development that Grass Industry should be put in the legalization management frame and implement the legal protection as the leading development model, but the present laws and regulations supplies related grass industry still could not satisfy the requirements of the Tibet grass industry sustainable development. At the same time, through the analysis of the effect which related policies produced to the Tibet Animal husbandry sustainable development under the different time, considering actual situation in Tibet, we believed that in the future, for a very long time, the long-standing policy support leading will still continue to take the Tibet Animal husbandry as the main mode of sustainable development.Finally, in view of faced with realistic question in sustainable development of Grass Industry And Animal husbandry in Tibet, we proposed Several suggestions that perfecting grass industry legal protection system and improving Animal husbandry policy support system.
