The yield and yield composition factors of RIL(Recombinant inbred line) and F1hybrid of 43S and RIL were investigated and the relationship between SSR markersand yield or yield composition factors were analyzed by use of the RIL populationderived from indica and javanica cross. The main results were shown as follows:1. The F1 hybrid possessed positive heterobeltiosis in the traits of 1000-grainweight, yield per plant, grains per panicle, seed set, culm height, panicle length, panicle number per plant and theoretic yield and negative heterobeltiosis in days toflower. The yield potential of F1 hybrid was obviously higher than that of RIL47.2. The yield of RIL47 were mainly affected by grains per panicle, and so werethat Of F1 hybrid.3. There were 80 pairs with polymorphism between 43S and 770 in 400 pairs ofSSR primer, the polymorphic percentage was 20.0ï¼….4. A rice molecular linkage map including 50 SSR makers was established.5. A SSR marker, named as RM8213, was confirmed to link with heterobeltiosisof seed set and another SSR marker, known as RM1227, was demonstrated to linkwith heterobeltiosis of yield per plant also.
