Developing grape production has become one of the sunrise industries forflourishing the rural economy in Hunan Province. In order to making full use of thelight and hot resources, adjustment grape mature period, lengthening the fresh fruitsupply time, one of the importants method is compelling the winter buds' secondsprout. The experimental materials were Victoria, Red Globe, Ruby seedlessgrapevines which belong to V. Vinifera and cultivate in Nongkang gardening limitedliability company of Changde city. The treatment of compelling the winter buds'second sprout was made in August 22, 2006. The samples were taken in each 7d fromMay 2, 2006 to August 29, 2006. Using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) todivide the inflorescence differentiation stage, measuring the main nutrient contents ofleaves in the inflorescence differentiation processing, measuring the endogenoushormone and nucleic acid of winter buds in the inflorescence differentiationprocessing, the results showed that:1. The inflorescence differentiation of the second fruit of V. Vinifera was dividedinto six stages: pre-differentiation period, the early differentiation period, the firstoriginal inflorescence differentiation period, the second original inflorescencedifferentiation period, slow growth period, the winter buds sprout period. Among the3 culfivars, the treatment of compelling the winter buds' second sprout was effectiveto Victoria and Red Globe, but ineffective to Ruby seedless.2. In each cultivar, the change trends of main nutrient contents in leaves were"high—low—high—low" in the inflorescence differentiation stage. There is noobvious relationship between the content of these nutrients and the inflorescencedifferentiation stage.3. In each cultivar, the content of GA1+3+4 was the highest in the endogenoushormone, the content of ABA was higher than Z and IAA. The content of GA1+3+4 ineach cultivar has the same change trend, so does the content of Z. According thecontent changes of the main endogenous hormone, it's found that GA1+3+4 content'sincreasing and Z content's degrading were advantageous on inflorescencedifferentiation, there would be a rival action to GA1+3+4 for ABA, IAA's function wasindefinite.4. Among 3 cultivars, the contents of nucleic acid were increasing in the processof inflorescence differentiation, and the RNA contents were much higher than theDNA contents.
