Cistanche deserticola Y. C. Ma, belonging to obligate holoparasitic plant on host root. The host is Haloxylon ammodendron(C.A.Mey.)Bunge. Under the natural condition, seed sprouting rate is very low. This experiment studies Cistanche deserticola and its host- Haloxylon ammodendron from the shape and the physiology angle. Main conclusion as follows:1 Cistanche deserticola Y. C. Ma is the perennial obligate holoparasitic herb. The seed starts to sprout when there has stimulants by the host and has the suitable environment. In April to May of next year, young shoot in the rhizomes lengthens and stretches out the ground to form abovegroud intemodes. In May and June, it blossoms.Cistanche deserticola Y. C. Ma has 50d's the period of duration after it stretches out the ground. It produces the active seed after pollinates 40 day later, but has not completed ripening.2 Cistanche deserticola parasitism to Haloxylon ammodendron 's root, has 50~100cm height. Fascicled flower goes against lives stretches out the ground, 15~50cm length, the stem pulp is plump, scale leaf tan, pulp, Fascicled flower, colored crown tubular bell, Capsule oval or near sphere, brown, each fruit has about 450 grains.3 The 1/2MS culture medium is suitable to Cistanche deserticola to sprout. In IAA0.1 mg/L +2,4-D0.2 mg/L +KT0.5 mg/L hormone proportion, germination ratio is the highest which achieves 37.6%; Next is NAA0.1 mg/L +KT0.5 mg/L +GA30.5 mg/L hormone proportion, germination ratio reach 36.2%.The proper hormone category and concentration scope is: IAA0.1~0.5 mg/L, BA0.1~0.5 mg/L,KT0.5 mg/L, 2,4-D0.2~0.5 mg/L, NAA0.1~0.5 mg/L.4 Seeds of Haloxylon ammodendron have no ripening phenomenon. The most suitable sprouts temperature scope is 15~20℃. Changing temperature treatment can enhance the seed sprouting rate, but the most suitable sprouts temperature cycle is5℃/25℃.Haloxylon ammodendron seed has strongly soil tolerance.the certain density salinity(1.2 mol/L) has certainly poisons function to Haloxylon ammodendron(C.A.Mey.)Bunge seed and causes the partial seeds lose the vigor. |
