| Kidney bean (phaseolus vulgaris L.) scientific name bean, Papilionaceae Phaseolus. The origin places of Kidney bean are Mexico and Argentina of America. the yield and quality of kidney bean has an important role to its competition in the international market. The material of this experiment is kidney bean of ShuiCheng, by the way of and regressive analyses, effects of different plant density on yield of kidney bean, the forming factor of yield, dry material accumulation and the quality of goods and alimentation were studied under the high and cold condition by the mean of up growth analyses and growth study methods, The main results were shown as follows:(1) The research on yield reveals that the difference between the variation of planting density and the yield of kidney bean of ShuiCheng, grain is remarkable. When the density is 100,000 to 180,000 plants/hm~2, the yield of grain increases along with the increase of density. However, when the density is above 140,000 plants/hm~2, the yield declines along with the increase of density. The ShuiCheng kidney obtains biggest yield 1733.33kg/hm~2, the density is 140,000 plants/hm~2.(2) The results through the correlating between the yield and the forming factors of yield show: the yield was significantly correlated with the number of legume in unit area, the number of grain in individual legume and the weight of one hundred seeds. The best yield structure of ShuiCheng kidney is: The unit area pod number is 904,000/hm~2, an individual plant pod number is 6.5, the weight of 100 pod is 49.2g。(3) The marketed proportion and uniformity of seed of ShuiCheng kidney was Negative correlation with plant density, the declines along with the increase of density, the protein content of the seed increases along with the increase of the density; the fattiness content and the farina in the grain reduced, while plant density rise. |
