| Homogeneous design was conducted to research the effect of different combination ferro-formicacid, zinc formate, copper formate and manganese sulfate on stability of vitamin A and micotinamideunder 37℃in the 4% combination premixs of piglet. It contained 6 treatments with 3 replicates and 2affiliated contrast (not containing microelement and containing sulfate microelement) to compare thedifference of different microelement salt on stability of vitamin A.The experiment contained 60 days. The results indicated that:1.The effects of degrade utility content of Vitamin A in Combination premixs with organ-microelement(ferro-formic acid, zinc formate. and copper formate) was smaller than the combinationpremixs with sulfate under the condition of preservation; Date 1-33 was the main stage of Vitamin A lossaffeceted by Combination premixs. The loss percentage reached by 80% of total Vitamin A losspercentage.2.The effects of different formate have the different effects on the stability of vitamin A:copper>ferri>zinc>manganese, each of them could reach by 52.48%,19.76%,16.57%,11.18%of the totaleffects respectively on the stability of vitamin A. Copper formate and ferro-formic acid., Copperformate and zinc formate had significant interaction on destraction of vitamin A (P<0.01).3.Under this condition, ferri, zinc, copper and manganese per unit could lose 0.0109IU,0.0084IU,0.0175IU和0.0080 IU VA. the contant of VA in per gram premixs is decreased from 531IU beforepreservation to 187IU~399IU after preservation, the lose range is 24.86%~64.78%.4. After the preservation, the largest loss of VA reached at 50.09%, the loss of micotinamide issmall, rasched at 8.86% only. It indicated that micotinamide was stabilization; Before the preserva-tion,the content of micotinamide was 500mg.After the preservation,it lost 27-50mg, occupied5.4%~10% of total content. Copper formate and zinc formate had significant interaction on destractionof micotinamide (P<0.01).5.The combination premixs with organmicroelement( ferro-formic acid, zinc formate. and copperformate),the T-AOC was decrease, POV was enhanced with the time of preservation; The rate of VA's persistence had the hadro-direct correlation with T-AOC,,had the hadro- negative correlation with POV.Followed. by the increase of VA's persistence rate., T-AOC increased and POV decreased.6.Moisture was an important factor affecting the stability of Vitamin A;The Moisture and the losespeed of VA decreased with the time of preservation, Under the scope of acidity in this experiment, acidity was only having limited effects on the Stability of Vitamin A. |
