The objective of this study was to determine the effect of different composition of vitamin and microelement on laying performance and egg quatity in layers. 6120 Hailan layers aged 32 to 42 weeks were selected and randomly allocated into 6 groups, and contained different composition of vitamin and microelement. The results showed that, there were no difference in laying performance and egg quality between the two mineral supplements(P>0.05),but diet contain mineral 2 tend to improve the feed efficiency(P=0.151). No difference were observed in laying performance and egg quality between the two vitamin supplements(P>0.05)either, the egg moisture of vitamin 2 significantly lower when compared to vitamin 1(P<0.05), while the egg thickness of vitamin 2 significantly larger when compared to vitamin 1(P<0.05). This study indicated that the composition of treatment 6 was most reasonable.
