| Pine coneworm,Dioryctria pryeri Ragonot is the important insect pest of coniferous cones and shoots in china. In north of China, the pest mainly damage P. tabulaeformis, especially in orchard and parent stand is the best seriously. Researches on their biological, ecological characteristics and chemical insecticides control are quite enough, but the studies on their alleochemical interaction between P. tabulaeformis and Dioryctria pryeri Ragonot is poor. Therefore, On the basis of our previous studies, the dissertation examined on activities component of host selection to Dioryctria pryeri Ragonot by means of chemical analysis and bioassay.The results as follow:From observation on the sensilla antennae of male and female adults of Dioryctria pryeri Ragonot by scanning electron microscopy, seven types of receptors on the antennae of Dioryctria pryeri Ragonot were found. These were sensilla trichodea, sensilla cheatica, sensilla coeloconica, sensilla basiconica, sensilla auricillica, senailla squamiformia and sensilla campaniformia.The sensilla trichodea were the most numerous and comporised TSâ… and TSâ…¡types, sensilla coeloconica comporised COâ… and COâ…¡types.There was morphological diference between male and female antennae, and distribution of types and numbers of receptors on male and female antennae was not alike. Senailla squamiformia and sensilla campaniformia had only on the antennae of male,female had not it .Number of receptors On the terminal section of antennae was abundant, accounting for about 95% of total receptor;receptors on scapes and flagella of the antennae account for about 3.5%, 1.5%respectively.The antennae responses of Dioryctria pryeri Ragonot to the volatile components host plant were determined using the electroantennogram (EAG) techniques. EAG response of volatile compoenets infested cone Chinese pine was stronger than uninfested cone Chinese pine,EAG response of mated is very sensitivitily.The results showed that the antennae response of both male and female was different to concentration six components. The antennae responses of mated was the strongest than unmated and male.The strongest EAG response wasβ-myrcene, R-(+)-limonene and terpinoloene three components to Dioryctria pryeri Ragonot, the second strong stimulant was 1R-(+)-α-pinene, (+)-β-pinene two components,the lowest strong stimulant wasβ-caryophyllene component. The strongest EAG response to mated of Dioryctria pryeri Ragonot when given stimulant of 0.1μg concentration, it didn't get high follow concentration.The antennae stronger response of both male and female moths was to different mixture components. The results showed that the antennae stronger responses of mated of Dioryctria pryeri Ragonot was to the mixture components 1R-(+)-α-pinene+β-myrcene+ R-(+)-limonene, (+)-β-pinene is restrain component in the compounding, 1R-(+)-α-pinene is important component to every compounding,β-myrcene and R-(+)-limonene are tempting component. The antennae stronger response of both male and female moths was to volative components of broadleaf. The antennae EAG response was very in evidence between female and male.The strongest of EAG response was Trans-2-Hexen-1-ol and Butyl Acetate.This study compared the ultra-structure of sensilla and type on antenna of female and male adult Dioryctria pryeri Ragonot and explored the attractive components to Dioryctria Pryeri Ragonot,the restrain and tempting components was ascertained,developed the alleochemical interactions between P. tabulaeformis and Dioryctria Pryeri Ragonot and offered theoretical basis for the chemical information control on the pest. |
