Study On Chemecal Constituents Of Lilium Davidii Var.

Lilium davidii var. is placed in family Liliaceae and is a variety which comes from Lilium davidii .It is a peculiar variety in our country and had its special characteristic,it is a kind of vegetable of high economical value and also a famous and precious flower, what is more, it is the crown of the edible lily. Lilium davidii var. had the largest square meter and wide application in our country. However, there is no any report about the chemical constituents of Lilium davidii var. in china. In order to enlarge the uselity chemical constituents of Lilium davidii var. was studied Based on the theories and principles of phytochemistry and modern chemical isolation and purification methods, with the combination of conventional and new methods, an analysis was given to the chemical constituents of Lilium davidii var. And it is first time to use ultrasonic technology to determine the parameter of the extraction technology of saponins from the bulbs. The results of the experimental were given as follows:The systematic pretest on chemical constituents from Lilium davidii var. were done by the tube-test method. It was found that Lilium davidii var. contains alkaloid ,flavonoids and its glycoside ,polysaccharide steroids ,terpenoids ,amino acid and protein. It possibly contains phenol, lactones, coumarins, saponin ,tannin and does not contain cardiac glycoside, anthraquinone and its glycoside ,volatile oil .Orthogond test scheme L 934 was utilized to study the optimum ultrasonic extract techonology of saponins from Lilium davidii var.and solvent to material ,temperature,time and ethanol concentration solvent to material were choosed as influence factors. Dioscin was provided as investigation quota.Then, determined the content of dioscin in Lilium davidii var. with UV is Spectro-meter, At last, defining the optimum extraction technology. The result showed that the optimum ultrasonic extract techonology is 10 times 80% alcohol for ultrasonic extracting 60 min in 55℃condition.Extraction of the bulbs of Lilium davidii var. was carried out with 95% EtOH . The extract was concentrated in vacuo to a suitable volume, suspended in water, and then successively partitioned with Petroleum Ether, EtOAc and n-butanol respectively. Then 5 compounds were separated and purified by thin layer chromatography ,column chromatography, reverse-phase column chromatography, and sephadex LH-20 chromatography.
