Intestinal bacteria of Tenebrio molitor L.were isolated and identified in this reseach, and the effect of different feeds to Tenebrio molitor L. on growth were tested also.In the experiments, 5 primary strains from intestinal of Tenebrio molitor L .were isolated and identified; formula and cost of different feeds were searched; the positive effect of microbial ecological agents on growth and development to Tenebrio molitor L. was testified . The results were following:1. Five strains of bacteria were isolated from the intestines of Tenebrio molitor and Tenebrio obscurus respectively. The bacteria morphology, cultural characters, dyeing and physiological and biochemical reactions were studied systematically. The results showed that 5 strains of Tenebrio molitor belong to Aureobacterium, B.sphaericus, Microbacterium, B.megaterium and Curtobacterium respectively. The bacteria from Tenebrio obscurus belong to Aureobacterium, Listeria, Microbacterium, Moraxella and Curtobacterium respectively. Among 10 strainsof bacteria, Aureobacterium, Microbacterium and Curtobacterium are all in the gastranintestinal tracts of the two mealworms. This showed that there are obvious relationship between the status of gastronintestinal tracts and feed, environmental, evolution of the two mealworms.2.Tenebrio molitor was fed on microbial ecological agent which were made by using predominant bacteria isolated from the intestine of Tenebrio molitor L. The results showed that the Tenebrio molitor L. fed with curtobacterium grow best, and the optimal content of bacteria is 10×108/g.3. The results of fed different feeds to Tenebrio molitor showed that it is feasible to mix bean curd residue to wheat bran. The rate of digestion, untilization and conversion are 70.75%,11.09%,16.68%. Advance experiments indicated that the optimal content of bean curd residue is 5%, and the cost of wheat bran with bean curd dregs is lower than that of wheat bran without bean curd dregs.4. By comparing the effect between marc and edible fungi adding to the feed of Tenebrio molitor L., the results showed that the increment of weight of Tenebrio molitor L. raised by feed with 15% marc is biggest, while feed with edible fungi is not good for increase of weight of tenebrio molitor L. Therefore it is not feasible to add edible fungi to feed.
