| This article mainly studies the cultivation of four species of Cordyceps militaris with black-type yellow mealworm and wheat as the cultivation substrate.The best Cordyceps militaris is screened by observing the appearance of the fruit body and measuring the growth indicators of the fruit body;and studying different substrate dosages and inoculations the effect of the amount,material-to-liquid ratio,and insect-wheat ratio on the growth of Cordyceps militaris was determined,and the best formula was determined;at the same time,the effects of feed supplemented with Cordyceps militaris on the growth of Macrobrachium nipponense and three protective enzymes were studied.The test results are as follows:1.Among the 1.4 species of Cordyceps militaris,three Cordyceps militaris species 3.15515,3.15517,and 3.15519 from the General Microbiology Center of China Microbial Species Collection Management Committee successfully cultivated the fruiting bodies of Cordyceps militaris.3.15519 Cordyceps militaris had the longest fruiting body length,the largest total fresh weight,and the highest substrate utilization rate.The fruit body length was significantly different from other groups(P<0.01);3.15517 had the highest number,which was significantly different from other groups(P<0.01),but the fruit body of No.3.15517 was shorter and thinner than that of No.3.15519;there were no significant differences in fresh weight,substrate utilization,and biological efficiency in each treatment group(P>0.05).The analysis showed that the growth of the fruit body of strain 3.15519 was the best.2.The amount of substrate had a significant effect on the number of Cordyceps militaris fruiting bodies,the total fresh weight,and the fresh weight of mushroom chaff(P<0.05),but had no significant effect on mthe fruit body length,biological efficiency,and substrate utilization(P>0.05);The quantity,total fresh weight,length and substrate utilization of Cordyceps militaris were the highest when the dosage was35 g.The amount of inoculation had a significant effect on the fresh weight of Cordyceps militaris fruiting bodies,biological efficiency,fresh weight of bacterial chaff,and substrate utilization(P<0.05),but had no significant effect on the number and length of fruiting bodies(P>0.05);the equivalent inoculum was At 5ml,the number of Cordyceps militaris fruiting bodies,total fresh weight,fresh weight of mushroom chaff and substrate utilization rate were the highest.The material-liquid ratio had a significant effect on the number of Cordyceps militaris fruiting bodies,the total fresh weight,the fresh weight of the fungus chaff,and the substrate utilization rate(P<0.05),but had no significant effect on the fruiting body length and biological efficiency(P>0.05);When the ratio was 1:1.2,the length of Cordyceps militaris fruiting body,total fresh weight,fresh weight of fungus chaff and substrate utilization were the highest.The insect-to-wheat ratio had a significant effect on the number,length,total fresh weight,fresh weight of fungus chaff,biological efficiency and substrate utilization rate of Cordyceps militaris(P<0.01);the value of each index was the highest when the ratio of insect-to-wheat was 1:2,The number and length of fruiting bodies,the biological efficiency of fresh weight of bacterium residue and the utilization rate of substrate were significantly different from those of 2:1 and 1:1groups(P<0.05).The analysis showed that the substrate dosage is 35 g,the inoculum amount was 5ml,the ratio of material to liquid was 1:1.2,and the ratio of insect to wheat is 1:2 was the best formula.3.The feed supplemented with Cordyceps residues had a significant effect on the weight,body length,survival rate,feed coefficient,POD enzyme activity,and CAT enzyme activity of Macrobrachium nipponense(P<0.05),and had a significant effect on food intake,weight gain rate,and food intake rate.,Specific growth rate and SOD enzyme activity had no significant effect(P>0.05).When the added amount of Cordyceps fungus residue is 8%,the weight,body length,survival rate,weight gain rate,specific growth rate,SOD enzyme activity and CAT enzyme activity of Macrobrachium nipponense were the highest,and the feed coefficient was the lowest.The body weight,body length and feed coefficient of Macrobrachium nipponense with an additive amount of 8% were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05),and the CAT enzyme activity was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05).The analysis showed that the optimal addition amount of Cordyceps fungus residue is 8%. |
