In this article the interspecific variance and intraspecific variance of Germplasm Resources of Maple collecting from Kunming, Hangzhou, Shanghai, Nanjing, Hengyang, Xi'an, Taian and Inner Mongolia and other places have been studied systematically, and to discuss the kindred relationship of them. On the base of it, Management Information System of maple has been established. On the other hand, in order to conserve germplasm resource,the Germplasm Resources of Maple garden have established in the Taian by the way of preservion from different places. Meanwhile,it has been researched on seedling growth characteristics , variance of different species , phenophases of different places and Analysis of the Pollen Viability ,which is provided a theoretical foundation for more in-depth study.First, 7 Key-Fruit morphological indexes were coded and clustering analysis . the results Showed the cumulative was up to 83.9% of the first three principal components which represented integrated factor of size,angle,yield respectively. Thus the Maples group of relation confirmed furtherly.By analyzing, the observion of phenophases Characteristics for A. palmatum,A. truncatum ,A. mono ,A. elegantulum, A. sinense and A.ginnala inTaian showed that Germination and Frondescent of A. palmatum is First , respectively March 15 and March 30.the Flowering Stage in A. truncatum is first,that is April 1.The Canonical Correlation Analysis table and Variance result table showed that the Breast Height and Ground Diameter have Canonical Correlation with Tree Height by the Data Analysis Software SAS, With the Breast height and diameter increases, tree height is also correspondingly increases.Analysis of variance and differences significant test results indicate that several species of pollen shape are long oval, the maximum of length and diameter of ratios for A. mono is 2.04, the smallest is A.ginnala which is 1.88. the pollen size of A. palmatum, A. truncatum ,A. mono and A.ginnala have achieved significant level, which show positive correlation of long and short diameters. A. elegantulum and A. sinense did not achieve significantly, it shows no significant correlation of long and short diameters. Sucrose, boric acid and temperature have influence on pollen germination rate,in which sugar and higher temperatures have a Greater impact , boric acid has significant role in promotion for the development and pollen tube elongation, but it demonstrated unobviously in the test.8% sucrose concentrations is suitable for pollen germination of the majority of Germplasm Resources of Maple, But different species and varieties of pollen is significantly different in vitro process, some pollen germination rate is low,which may be the cause of the failure of crossbreeding. By experimental design and data analysis, temperature is the main factor of effecting on pollen germination , 25℃for pollen germination is the best temperature.Self-compatibility results showed : outcrossing rate of the same group is more or less the same, However, due to the characteristics themselves and environmental impact, outcrossing rate of the seed have the difference, outcrossing rate of A. mono is 60.00%, Acer truncatum is 59.12%, for the A. elegantulum and A. sinense of same group, the difference was not significant, and the different kinds of groups in the self-setting rate have differences Obviously . in general, A. palmatum have the highest fertility rate (71.05%), A.ginnala is the lowest (30.96%), but relatively speaking, Self-compatibility is higher , which has given possible for cultivating more maple tree resources ; hybridization compatibility results show : the same group of maple trees have a certain rate of seed. hybridization Setting rate of A. truncatum and A. mono is 26.67%, and anti - fertility rate is20.00%. it is 20.00% and 13.33% respectively for A. elegantulum and A. sinense, but not high, The different types of hybrid is almost zero, the majority of interspecific hybridization affinity is low, we need in-depth study the causes and measures to overcome of interspecific hybrid compatibility in the future. In addition, the analysis showed that the forced self-setting rate is lower than the free pollination.SGM has been developed in order to have a scientific, reasonable and canonical management.It satisfied the need of manufacture, scientific research and intercommunion. Further more ,it also laid a foundation for driving into international market.
