Study On Gethering Time And Processing Method And Herbicidal Activity Of Radix Aconitii Lateralis Preparata

Radix aconiti lateralis preparata is one of 40 species backbone herbs in China,which is the side-earthnut of Aconitum carmichaeli Debx, from the Ranunculaceae. The pharmacology action of Radix aconiti lateralis preparata including anticancer, antinflammation, easing pain, resisting consenescence, toxicity mostly, and it has strong curative effect to immunity system and hear-blood vessel system and nerve system. In order to reasonable gathering, reducing the loss of curative effect and selecting better varieties, the paper mainly focused on three aspects of studies thereinafter. It is important for using Radix aconiti lateralis preparata in wider field :1. Studied on the quantity of curative effect and the yield of unit, which were gathered Radix aconiti lateralis preparata and processed fupian in the different harvest times in order to the best harvest times .2. Mensurated the quantity of curative effect of wild Radix aconiti lateralis preparata and planted Radix aconiti lateralis preparata, which processed with different methods, the toxicity of its was also studied in paper. These studies had instructional significance to secure using these Chinese traditional medicine.3. Based on the fewer studies of Radix aconiti lateralis preparata about the herbicidal activity, the ethanol extract, alkaloids and non-alkaloids from Radix aconiti lateralis preparata were studied primarily. These results not only provided scientific theories to the herbicidal mechanisms in plant resource, but also afforded academic base to use and study Radix aconiti lateralis preparata synthetically.The main results were listed bellow:1. In order to obtain the best harvest time of Radix aconiti lateralis preparata, the paper had note the unit production of Radix aconiti lateralis preparata from different harvest time, and the total alkaloid and aconitine from Radix aconicum carmichaeli debx and their slice were measured in different harvest times by Titration and HPLC. The results showed that unit production is 109.10 g/㎡.n , total alkaloid of Radix aconicum carmichaeli debx and Radix aconite praeparata are 10.680mg/g and 4.422mg/g, aconitine of Radix aconicum carmichaeli debx and Radix aconite praeparata are 0.041mg/g and 0.0021mg/g on August 15. So the best harvest time of Radix aconicum carmichaeli debx is about August 15.2. According to the new processing method of Cai Baochang, wild Radix aconicum carmichaeli debx and Radix aconicum carmichaeli debx were processed using two methods, and the total alkaloid and aconitine from Radix aconicum carmichaeli debx and their slice were measured in different harvest times by Titration and HPLC. The results showed that the contents of effective element and toxicity element in wild Radix aconicum carmichaeli debx were all more than the contents of effective element and toxicity element in Radix aconicum carmichaeli debx, and reduced the dosage in order to the security of using in the clinic.The Radix aconicum carmichaeli debx was more safetier when it was used .3. The new processing and processing according to codex were leaded to decrease of alkaloid, but the quantity of alkaloid had less decrease according to new method A and B. The result showed that the new processing method was not only reduced noxious component, but saved the component of curative effect, and Radix aconicum carmichaeli debx was safe according to the new method. So the processing of Radix aconicum carmichaeli debx was changed for reducing charge.4. The herbicidal activity of ethanol extract,alkaloids and nonalkaloids from Radix aconiti lateralis preparata were tested with the seeds of Cucumis sativus L.,Triticum aestivum L.,B. campestris L., Lolium L., Medicagos sativa and A. retroflexus L. .The results showed that alkaloids of Radix aconiti lateralis preparata have the most intensive herbicidal activity in all samples : when its concentration is 30 mg/ml and 50mg/ml, the inhibiting rate of alkaloids against the taproot and caulis growth of the 6 species of Plant seeds were more than 78% and 90% .So, it has good foreground to research and development herbicide from Radix aconiti lateralis preparata.
