Primary Study In Vitro Culture Of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata In Jiangyou

Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata is a famous traditional Chinese medicinal materials come from Sichuan Province, the plant resources of which are Aconitum carmichaeli Debx.. It has been widely used in clinic of the Traditional Chinese Medicine. In recent years, Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata has become a medicinal raw and processed material in industry from traditional tablet and has a big annual demand in China. The active ingredients are obtained by in vitro propagation and large-scale cell culture of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata can meet future market demands. In vitro culture of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata are carried out the present study. The results are as follows. Study on plantlets regenerate :the medium MS+6-BA 2.0mg. L-1+ NAA 0.3 mg. L-1 is used to induce stem segments and terminal buds, the medium MS+ KT lmg.L-1+2, 4-D 2mg.L-1+NAA 0.3mg.L-1 is used to induce callus from fibrous root,the differentiate buds medium is MS+6 BA 2.0 mg. L-1+2, 4-D 2 mg. L-1+NAA 0.3mg. L-1. The proliferation buds medium is MS + 6-BA2.0 mg. L-1+NAA0.1mg. L-1; Treatment on the medium 1/2 MS+ IBA 1mg. L-1+KT 0.5 mg .
