The article used the consult literature and on-the-spot investigation method to study the structure and pattern of farming and animal husbandry compound ecosystem of Tibetan YLN region (Yarlung Zanbo River, Lasa River and Nyang Qu River in Tibet). Based on the analysis of the foundation and the superiority of farming and animal husbandry compound in this area, studied the structure characteristic of such ecosystem, evaluated its status and carried on its district. Using the theories of agricultural system engineering, agricultural economics, agroecology and fuzzy math, in light of the actual local situation, proposed a sustainable development countermeasure of the farming and animal husbandry compound ecosystem of Tibetan YLN region and Constructed out the suitable farming and animal husbandry compound pattern in this area. Through the research and analysis, draws following conclusion:1 Tibetan YLN region already have the conditions to implemented farming combine with stockbreeding, and has obvious the position comparative advantages, the technical comparative advantages, the resources comparative advantages and the synthesis comparative advantages to carries on the farming combine with stockbreeding management.2 The structure of the farming and animal husbandry compound ecosystem in the YLN region of Tibet has undergone significant changes. The agriculture (farming) structure has been converted from the duality of"food crop-economics crop"to the ternary of"food crop-economics crop-forage crop". Livestock structure also has the transitional tendency from the traditional type of herbivorous animals mainly to the plant-eating and grain-eating combination livestock herding structure. However, the agriculture-herding compound ecological system of this area also faced with the following problems:(1) The proportion of"food crop-economics crop-forage crop"has adjusted greatly, but the grain crops interior and the economics internal structure was still unitary. (2) Animal husbandry subsystem structural change scope is not big, still mainly breed herbivorous animals. (3) Soil subsystem nutrients are at owe lack the condition, in which potassium element owe lack seriously, Note the soil subsystem support disorders.The above analysis shows that farming and animal husbandry relations are loose in Tibetan YLN regional farming and animal husbandry compound ecosystem and its coupling function cannot effectively play. We needs to promotion the sustainable economic developments of the farming and animal husbandry compound ecosystem in this area by means of the adjustment crop production structure, enhancement farming and animal husbandry compound dynamics; adjustment livestock structure as well as establishment a grain-eating and plant-consuming combination livestock structure.3 Innovative use the combination of principal component analysis and cluster analysis methods to evaluate the Tibetan YLN region's farming and animal husbandry compound situation, and has drawn the following conclusion: the farming and animal husbandry compound degree regional difference is extremely obvious in 18 counties of the YLN region in Tibet. Among them, the Lhasa 7 counties farming and animal husbandry compound situation is best, the compound level is highest, next is 6 counties of Xigaze area, the farming and animal husbandry compound level lowest is 5 counties of Shannan area.4 Based on the evaluation and analysis of traditional farming and animal husbandry compound pattern in the Tibetan YLN region, links to this area's reality, the article constructed the current suitable farming and animal husbandry compound pattern are as following: The beef cattle, the meat sheep fatten in different place pattern; the grain and fodder crop rotation pattern; the farming– animal husbandry– marsh gas pattern as well as farming - vegetables– animal husbandry pattern.
