Pu-Erh Tea is a traditional competitive production of Simao City, with China's accession to the WTO and the tremendous pressure of"sustainable development"concept advocated , Pu-Erh Tea industry as part of a large-scale economy must follow the principle of sustainable development, which is scientific, reasonable and effective use of natural resources to meet the "tea processing" of its raw material needs, and to protect and improve the ecological environment and to maintain and enhance the ecological system functions as a whole at the same time, optimizing and improving the organization and management of production of tea, tea production achieved resources, the environment, social development, produced in sufficient quantity, quality and reliable tea.The research is on the basis of the profound understanding of "sustainable development" the theory. This investigation was aimed to investigate the basic direction for the development of tea industry and sustainable development system and to accelerate Simao's rapid economic development. Simao Pu-Erh Tea industry was perspective from the angle of sustainable development at first. Pu-Erh Tea development status of the eight major producing areas were investigated by integrating the investigative methods, the result showed that being the competitive products come as Simao City, Pu-Erh Tea industry has increasingly improved in the production, processing, marketing, and this would be greater contribution to the city's economic development. Through these methods such as empirical use of the theory, combining quantitative characterization and analysis system based on typical natural conditions to analysis natural condition, socio-economic conditions and environmental policy of the development of Pu-Erh tea industry, the results showed that there are many problems, for example, Simao City ecological environment has been polluted, the tea garden workers due to low quality, and which resulting in improper management culture, thereby increasing deterioration of ecological conditions. Because backward infrastructure in the production and processing of tea, tea production enterprises caused by weak self-development, technological innovation are not strong enough result, the processing of products is simple and some do not even meet the standard, seriously affect the tea market prosperity.Pu-Erh tea industry of Simao City aimed at sustainable development constraints combined favorable climatic conditions for sustainable development of land resources and geographical location, history and culture. develop tea industry with the principles of sustainable development goals and to rationalize: First, is to raise awareness of Pu-Erh tea industry and to promote sustainable development; Second, is to accelerate the construction of quality tea; Third, is to improve the tea production and processing standards, establish and improve market supervision system; Fourth, is to strengthen the development of tea processing products; Fifth, is to develop tea packaging standards, packaging design characteristics; Sixth, is to intensify support, and implementation of enterprise reform, foster leading enterprises; Seventh, is to strengthen the tea market, being built information technology platform; Eighth, is to play the role of intermediary organizations tea, vigorously promote tea culture; Ninth, is to establish and perfect the system of promoting scientific research and agricultural extension system and improving agricultural extension mechanisms; Tenth, is to accelerate the application of origin and the rest of the world natural and cultural heritage.
