Research For Intercropping Short-term Crop And Feeding Chicken In The Coconut Garden

This research based on the large space under the forest and good entironment in the coconut garden , use two mode to study the feasibility of planting and feeding in the coconut garden: one is intercropping watermelon,papaya and pineapple in the coconut garden of infancy, another is intercropping Angelica keiskei koidzumi in the adult coconut garden. The result show that:1,It can obviously improve the coconut growing, observably improve the nutrient of coconut leaf and the soil fertility of the coconut garden, and consumedly increase the income of the coconut garden after intercropping watermelon,papaya and pineapple in the coconut garden of infancy. The best mode of intercropping is intercrop watermelon, the next one is intercropping papaya, the last is intercropping pineapple. three years latter , the coconut of the mode which intercropping watermelon have the most alive leaf, average is 21.51 piece; the natural height of the tree is highest, average is 427.11 cm; perimeter of the caudex is largest, average is 90.21 cm; the rate of flowering is highest, average is 43.37%;the content of organic matter,quick result nitrogen,quick result phosphorus,quick result potassium in the soil nutrient of coconut garden is highest; the income of coconut garden is highest, average is 115670 yuan/hm~2.2,The soil nutrition is obviously improving by intercropping Angelica keiskei koidzumi in the adult coconut garden, especially improve the accumulating of the content of organic matter,quick result phosphorus,quick result potassium and magnesium in the soil; obviously enhanced the fruit yield by unit acreage and increase the income of the coconut garden. Intercrop Angelica keiskei koidzumi in the adult coconut garden, the best density of coconut planting is 8m×6m, the suitable light intensity is 35.6%, by this way, the survive of Angelica keiskei koidzumi is highest, growing fast and high yield; the income of the coconut garden is also highest for 153118 yuan/hm~2. 3,Feeding chicken in the coconut garden obviously improve the growing of coconut leaf, enhance the fruit yield. For 3 years examination later, the average of new leaf is 13.58 piece, average fruit yield is 80.2 kg. feeding chicken in the coconut garden can resist the plant diseases and insect pests, the kinds of the plant diseases and insect pests is less then three years before, familiar plant diseases and insect pests happening and livability of ruderal is lowest. Feeding chicken in the coconut garden can enhance the soil fertility and improve the leaf nutrient, other ways, it can also take good benefit, average profit is 145440 yuan/hm2 in this three years.
