Hainan province is the largest special economic zone and production base for tropical agriculture. Meanwhile, it also produces lots of agricultural wastes evey year. In2014,43thousand ha coconut trees which produce191million coconut were grown in the province, resulting in lots of coconut wastes which are thrown eveyway and directly polluted the environment. In Hainan also have more than150million Wenchang-chicken which produce almost2million ton manure every year, threatening ecological environmentif the manure was not recycling. In this study, the mixtures of different ratios ofchicken manure and coconut residuum possessing differentmatchingvalues were performed to establish high-temperature aerobic composting, and the variations of physical-chemical index during composting were investigated and use this compost for sand sweet potota.1. Four treatments which are7:3(C/N21.81),5:5(C/N25.37),6:4and6:4adding inoculation of functional microbes. The C/N, contents of organic matter and total C all decreased during the composting process; pH value increased for some days and then decreased; total N content and GI increased during the composting process. The temperature of all treatments are rise fast afer slowly down,D4composttemperature reached the highest value of59℃among all treatments and high-temperture sustained for14days.the total nutrient contents and GI of the treatment with initial C/N value of25and inoculation of functional microbesis9.27%and126.7%, respectively.2. C/N keep about25and inoculation of functional microbes for0‰(Fck)、5‰(F1)、10%o(F2) and20%o(F3),respectively. The pH and EC value of the four treatments all increased along with the composting, but the moisture, organic matter and C/N reduced. At the end of the composting, the pH value of all treatments were among7.42and7.52, while the EC of all treatments all under2000s cm-1.Compare with without inoculation of functional microbes, add inoculation of functional microbes can increase the composting temperature and extend the high-temperture time, and composttemperature reached the highest value of62℃among all treatments and high-temperture(over55℃) sustained for15days, but it no-significance for the three inoculation of functional microbes, the total nutrient contents and GI ofadding5%o inoculation of functional microbesis5%and139.3%, respectively.3.The spectrum of fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) and fluorescence excitationemission matrix (EEM) spectroscopyfrom the compost of chicken manure, coconut residuum and decomposing inoculants, The fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy showed macromolecule materials from compost were decomposed easily while aromatic compounds increased because its stability. The intermediates from decomposed aliphatics materials formed humus by polymerization, and the content of aromatic-like materials increased while the aliphatics decreased gradually. The differences of the absorption peak regions from these four treatments were not significant while the intensity of absorption peak varied greatly, but it is no-significance for the three composting which inoculation of functional microbes.EEM showed that it is no-significance on the content of fulvic-acid in composting intial stage for all treatment, but with the temperature increase, the fulvic-acid content in composting which inoculation of functional microbes are significance more than composting which no-inoculation of functional microbes, and with the composting temperature down, the content of fulvic-acid has decrease no-significance for all treatment which inoculation of functional microbes. The highest content of humus and fulvic acid is10‰inoculation of functional microbes, but it no-significance to5%o inoculation of functional microbes composting.4. The research of using composting for sand sweet potato showed that:compared with chemical fertilizer and convention fertilizer, the chicken manure and coconut residuum compost can significance enhancedmean fruit yieldand totle yield of sweet potato, and the starch, soluble sugar and protein contents were higher, but it no significance difference,5%oinoculation of functional microbes whose mean fruit yieldand totle yield are the highest.5. The N, P, K use ratio scope of sweet potato is8.40%-46.99%,1.70%-6.99%and3.20%^11.78%, and average is23.73%,4.02%and8.43%,respectively.The N, P, K use average ratio of chemical fertilizer and convention fertilizer is33.56%,5.80%and11.09%, we can see chicken manure and coconut residuum compost can significance increase the N, P, K use ratio, and the highest N, P, K use ratio is5%oinoculation of functional microbes whose is46.99%,6.99%and17.18%,respectively. The scope of fertilizer contribution ratios and fertilizer agriculture efficiency is24.61%-68.66%and6.31g·g-1-66.14g·g-1, average is49.86%and32.99g·g-1, respectively. Which ratio of chemical fertilizer and convention fertilizer is33.51%and9.14g· g-1, chemical fertilizer and convention fertilizer is58.24%and50.91g·g-1, we can see chicken manure and coconut residuum compost can significance increase the fertilizer contribution ratios and fertilizer agriculture efficiency, and the highest fertilizer contribution ratios and fertilizer agriculture efficiency is5%oinoculation of functional microbes whose is68.66%and 66.14g·g-1, whose significant more than other inoculation of functional microbes compost.
