| In this study, domestic refuse and sewage sludge were used as raw material to produce bioogannic fertilizer in two phase fermentation process. In the first phase of fermentation process, Trichoderma viride, Aspergillus niger, Bacillus Subtilis, Pseudomonas sp were added in the composting to increase the speed of fermentation and improve the quality of product. At the end of the first phase, in order to increase the number of effective bacteria, Azotobactor chroacoccum, Azomonas macrocytogends, Bacillus mucilaginosus, Bacillus megatherium, Pseudomonas fluorescens Migula were used as effective microbial community. The essay includes 5 parts:1 .groups of complex microorganisms including Trichoderma viride, Aspergillus niger, Bacillus Subtilis, Pseudomonas sp were characterized by composting process tests. The results indicated that the optimum ratios of preparation of complex microorganisms for composting was Trichoderma viride: Aspergillus niger: Bacillus Subtilis: Pseudomonas sp = 2:2:1:1.2.It's necessary to optimize composting conditions to enhance composting rate. The optimum condition was: domestic refuse: sewage sludge =7:3; the quntity of inoculation was1%; carbon to nitrogen ratio was 30:1; moisture content was55%; air-flow was 0.2-0.4 m~3/min·m~3. time of the first phase of fermentation was 10-12 days.3 .Azotobactor chroacoccum, Azomonas macrocytogends, Bacillus mucilaginosus, Bacillus megatherium and Pseudomonas fluorescens Migula were added in second phase fermentation, the quantity of inoculation was1.5%; the proportion was 1:1:1:1. and the fermentation time was 5-6 days. The content of nitrogen, phosphorus and kalium had increased 2.36%,4.32%,4.86%.4. Examing the bioogannic fertilizer's quality after the two phase fermentation. The number of effective living bacteria was 6.64×10~8cfu/g. and the quality of production completely meet the standard of the microorganism fertilizer(NY/884-2004). The test of fertility of composting products showed that the bioogannic fertilizer after the second phase was better than the chemical fertilizer that sold in the market. The biomass of bioogannic fertilizer after the second phase was 8.04% higher than the experiment field with chemical fertilizer, and the quantity of V_c was increased 5.93%. plant diseases and insect pests was obviously lighter than use chemic fertilizer sold in the market.5. 100 ton Medium-sized test was performed under optimized conditions in Xi'an Rubbish Disposal Factory. The result proved that the two-phased process was effective to decompose organic matter and speed up comosting changing into humus, increase effective baterias, and lighten the bad smelly without filter water coming out. |
