Research And Development Of Control System In A Precise Test-Bed For Spray Nozzle

A precise test-bed for Spray nozzle, is a set of experiment equipments with comprehensive function, which is designed by Nanjing Research Institute for AgricultureMechanization to protect the machine to spray in plant in 2005. For raising the whole accuracy of test equipment and the automation degree, adopt AT89C52 for the control system. By the control system 24 inputs/ outputs can be carried out, and test support and other objects can be controlled; control can be attained By the keyboards, environment temperature and action circumstance can be displayed by monitor; this control system can carry outthe communication With AT89C52 and according to the concrete circumstance flowmeters and PC mainly including two kinds of methods: RS-485 and RS-232;Moreover, for improving the credibility and the anti- interference abilities of the whole system, all of design from the software to the hardware, from the principle diagram to the PCB and from The single component to chips are choosen on the consideration. In this paper,the hardware and the software design are introduced, and dependable design and anti-interference technique are detailed.
