In this paper, Yanshanhong chestnut was taken as the object and firstly grafting, container seedling and mycorrhiza infection technologies were put together on chestnut seedling. The mycorrhiza transform and grafting technology were studied to provide a technological basis for planting seedling of Yanshan chestnut in large scale.(1)Different time for mycorrhiza infecting and different kinds of mycorrhiza germ had an influence on the mycorrhiza infecting rate. The results showed mycorrhiza infecting just when seedling grew out the first piece of leaves could get highly mycorrhiza infecting rate. Compared with other kinds of mycorrhiza germ, mycorrhiza infecting with X.ch and C.s together have higher infecting rate.(2) The mycorrhiza improved the absorbability of N, P, K chemical element of graft container chestnut seedling, compared to the control, and the distribution of N, P, K chemical element in different organs were also different in the seedling with mycorrhiza. Especially, the content of N, P, K in roots were higher than the content of stems and leaves.The content of N, P, K was respectively 1.29 % , 0.25 % and 0.54% after root was infected by B7,and that were better than cantrast.(3)The mycorrhiza had an effect on physiology index and mophologic index of graft container seedling, on absorbing and distribution of nutrition element. With mycorrhiza, the chlorophyll content, net photosynthesis rate of graft container seeding obviously improved. The SOD, POD, PPO, roots vitalities, the resistance and absorb ability had also been improved. The mycorrhiza also could obviously promote the growth of fresh branch, and increased the dry weight of it. It was best to physiology index and mophologic index after root was infected by B7.Dry weight of shoot and maximum net photosythesi respectively were 7.83g and 14.40μmoL m-2s-1.(4)Hermone content of bud seedling stock played an important role in the survival of grafting seedling, but the water amount of rootstock had no direct effect on the wound growing.(5) 2 years old rootsock was better than the younger one in the all index which were measured, during the reseach of the age of root stock and the method of grafting. The survival rate of bud graft seedlings was low, and the new branches grew slowly. Compared the two branch graft methods, stump grafting and spit grafting; the survival rate of stump grafting was higher. The physiology indexes and appearance indexes of stump graft seeding were better than the others. Various indexes of 2 years old rootstock grafting seedlings were better than la rootstock graft seedlings. Various indexes of 2 years old rootstock stump grafting seedlings and bud-seedling with spit grafting seedlings were not obvious in physiology index and mophologic index.In conclusion, in order to decrease the culturing cost of Yanshanhong chestnut seedling and achieve the produce in large scale, the bud-seedlings should be cultivated by the way of spit grafting infected the X.c×C.s.germ of grafting 20d later.
