Since the late 1980s,as the flourishing development of the global bioderversity conservation movement,our country's construction project of nature reserve entered a rapid development stage.At present, it is based on the protection of forest landscape and ecological environment to develop the ecological tourism in the Nature Reserve,realizing the sustained utilization of forest resources and improving the benefit of ecologic,society and ecnomy for the forest resources step by step, all which have been becoming the theory framework of forestry sustainable development and indispensable vibrant and important component in the modern forestry industry system. According to the survey of china national national committee on man and biosphere for over 100 national nature reserve showed: there are 82 reserve establishment the tourist industry officially,there are more than 12 reserves which the annual tourists number exceed 100,000,the ecotourism annual total number of the tourists are 25 million ,the annual tour sum total of earning is nearly 500 million year,some nature reserve have become a developing"dragon head"to bring along the local tourism. Shaanxi Niubeiliang National Nature Reserve where the auther work in has not yet carried out the ecotourism.It'll provide the theory bases for Niubeiliang Nature Reserve forest resources sustained utihization by survey its eco-tourism resources.Using the ways of comprehensive assessment and hierarchical analysis appraise eco-tourism of Niubeiliang Nature Reserve objectively so that rich in the cotent of forestry developing theory of the Reserve.It'll provide the references for sustainable development of ecotourism in the future about the Reserve by study the concern problems during developing ecotourism.From June 2004 to June 2006,combined ecological resources investigation of Niubeiliang Nature Reserve and patrolling monitoring daily work in the Reserve stations.By the ways of scene investigation,visited communities consulted date and so on. Did survey for ecotourism resources.It was also based on choosing the tourist destination comprehensive evaluation model and level analysis method from many developed countries and regions commonly used to do the individual factor and comprehensive evaluation for Reserve's eco-tourism resourse.This main results should as follow: 1.The eco-tourism resources syetem of Niubeiliang Nature Reserve include land and cultural resources,water resources,biological resources,human cultural resources,astronomical phenomena resources,5 categories altogether,namely the wonder summit,the gorge,the fantasy rock,streams and forest landscape,trail sites in 19 subgroups.2.The characteristic of eco-tourism resources with a good forests Environment,rich biodiversity and landscape diversity,Convenient traffic conditions,excellent tour environment and specific tourism infrastructure services facilities.3.The total scores of the individule evaluation factor of eco-tourism is 3.793(Full scores is 5).According to Mr Feng's appraisal standards,the actual evaluation proportion of eco-tourism Reserves in Niubeiliang Nature Reserve is more than 75%.Namely,with a good quality of eco-tourism resources,especially the forest landscape resources,the geographical advantage is more obvious about Niubeiliang Nature Reserve,and the external transport facility is convenience,but service facility and popularity developing conditions are weaker.4.The suggestions of developing eco-tourism in the future of Niubeiliang:(1)It must be improved the construction of service famility based on pretection forest landscape and ecological environment.(2)By the way of various activities to publicize and design.It is very useful to promote the public consciousness of eological and law.(3)To win understanging and supporting from many different profession of society and do the financing work well.(4)Moreover,it is necessary to control the consumer psychology and tendency to prompte the participation and experience intererting.(5)To develop the special feature tour products include folk custom culture in south of Shaanxi Province,also the trant-sites historic culture of Qin and Chu Danasity,the wang suo cliff and so on.(6)It is very important to excavate the cultural connotation,the communities should participate eco-tourism activities to bring along economy development.(7)By recruiting the volunteers wildly to improve the work level.(8)We should establish the study specimen site in Reserve,and set up the permanent inspection spot,So that to promote the development work of eco-tourism healthily and scientifically about Reserve.
