Analysis Research Of Harmful Elements In Apple Fruits

The problem of food safety is significant and difficult problems that the world has been faced with. The fruits are essential food in people's daily life, so the pollution problem of harmful elements in the fruits has been paid more attention by people. The Cr, Cu, Hg and Pb contents were determined and the pollution roads of harmful elements in the apple fruits were studied. The apple samples were collected from the major apple production area of Shaanxi in 2004~2006. The results of test showed:1. The detection rates of Cr, Cu, Hg were 100%, and the detection rate of Pb was 94.6%. The contents of all harmful elements were below to the Standard for non-environmental pollution apple.2 On west side of the 210 expressway in Luochuan of Shaanxi province, the apple fruits and leaves surfaces have been obviously polluted by transportation. The influences scope of transportation upon apple was within the 100m. In this scope, the contents Pb in leaves and fruits decreased with distances.3 The contents of As in all parts of apple tree have increased after Asomate had been used as a fungicide for more than 3 years. The contents As were different in all parts of fruits tree because of different forms of using Asomate. The highest content of As was 1.07(mg/kg) in leaves, then 0.76(mg/kg) in bark of the main branch , the lowest was 0.016(mg/kg) in fruits by spaying. The highest content of As was 0.84 (mg/kg) in trunk bark, then 0.83(mg/kg) in the leaves , the lowest was 0.037(mg/kg) in fruits by scribbling. The contents of As in fruits, main trunk, trunk bark by scribbling were obviously higher than that by spaying.4 There were Pb, Cr in the liquid fertilizer, the contents of Pb, Cr in the fruits and leaves were obviously higher by spayed liquid fertilizer than the CK , the Pb ,Cr in liquid fertilizer mainly polluted the surface of fruits and leaves...
