It is well-known that the excessive carbon emissions will result in global climate changes.Therefore, how to improve the soil carbon library storage have become the hot topics in the manystudies. This study selected typical NingShao plain region of shaoxing agricultural experimental zone inZhejiang province, based on the long-term fertilization experiment. Several treatments were designed,no fertilizer (CK), conventional fertilizer (CF), milk vetch application (MR), straw application (SR),organic fertilizer application (OM), milk vetch+organic fertilizer application (MOM). After applyingdifferent organic material,exploring total organic carbon library of rice arable layer soil and its changesin the relationship between different components of organic carbon,. The main research results are asfollows:Different organic material application obviously influence the distribution of water stableaggregates.. In the treatments of straw returning, milk vetch returning and organic fertilizer management,water stable aggregates are mainly distributed in2-0.25mm and0.25-0.053mm size. milk vetch+organic fertilizer management(MOM) has different results, its aggregate distribution is releative uniform.The mean weight diameters (MWD) in the treatments of straw returning, organic fertilizer managementand milk vetch+organic fertilizer returning are higher than of in the CFtreatment, which enhances thesoil structure stablity. However, the soil structure stability of milk vetch returning is obviously lowerthan that of CF. Furthermore, there existed positive correlation under different organic materialsapplication for MWD and large aggregate content..Soil TOC existed positive correlation in different organic material processing, in which the soiltotal organic carbon content of MR is the highest,18.57g/kg. Returning milk vetch can obviouslyincrease soil TOC content and increase soil carbon library storage. According to the study, using milkvetch and milk vetch+organic fertilizer was more conducive to the accumulation of soil carbon library.Application of different organic material increased soil light fraction organic carbon(LFOC), itsreserves range is99.84184.92g/kg. Returning milk vetch increased the soil LFOC of rice. Returningstraw, applying organic fertilizer, returning milk vetch and applying milk vetch+organic fertilizerpromote arable layer soil update and activation. And, straw returned is the most effective way offertilizing to increasing soil carbon sequestration ability. Affter applying different organic material, soil total organic carbon content and organic carboncontent of large water stable aggregate had obvious positive correlation, large aggregate organic carboncan be used as a indicator of soil carbon accumulation. The increaseing of Large aggregate organiccarbon contents and LFOC contents can cause the change of straw and grain yield.
