In order to ensure the more effective managements of seed orchard ,clonal seed orchard of Pinus tabulaeformis,with 40 clones and 118 open-pollinated families was studied to estimate the genetic variation on the basis of the combined analyses of the status number and the investigation of the characteristics of cone ,flower and truck ,and so on.Flowering synchronizatin,gameticcontibution,the stutas numbers and many factors was estimated to explored the relationship.the breeding value, genetic diversity and genetic gains was analysed under differnt management of seed orchard and to guiding specific seeds orchard management. Research showed that:The plus tree progeny testing results indicated that there are significant differences in the Height,Diameter and Crown among the different families ,which showed that there was plenty of genetic variation and potential by directional improvement in families;The clonal genetic variation of seed orchard in clones had significant differences in AFF and AMB. From genetic analyse of reproductive system ,the result showed the pollination rate of female is higher than that of male,and female flower can last more days,the contribution of female flower ,0.024, was relatively smaller than that of male flower ,0.025.there was significant differences in clonal flower sychronization , conifer seed orchard the average of flower sychronization is 0.569.thera was weekly negetively dependent(-0.229)between the maternal and paternal In the clonal orchard ,the male gamete contribution ,0.1446, was higher than that of femal ,0.1406,and a little clones had no gamete contribution to the whole gamete pool ,which eventually effected the reality of geneitc gains and utilization of clonesGenetic gain and diversity, expressed by status number and seed crops from a clonal orchard ofPinustabulaefomis were estimated considering selection, fertility variation and pollen contamination, and compared for different management alternatives including selective harvest, genetic thinning, and combination of both options and fertility variation. With increase of selective rate of selecitive harvest, the genetic diversity of reconstruct seed orchard increase, dividing into two period of stage roughly: first stage, rised fast before selected rate,10%,the increase of genetic diversity of seed orchard with selected ratio was much obvious,second stage, genetic diversity was steady to slowly increase; Genetic gain , with increase to selective rate , presented curve drop. Group coancesty of the seed garden, with selective intensity increasing ,reduced gradually; The effect of genetic thinnning to the genetic diversity of seed orchard can divide two stages on the whole :The first stage, selected rate smaller than 90%, The decline of genetic diverstiy of seed orchard was much gentle,At second stage, the genetic diverstiy of seed...
