Study On Ideal Sheep Criterion Of Gansu Modern Meat Sheep New Breed Population

Gansu modern meat sheep new breed population was produced by grading local sheep ewes, which were mainly Mongolia sheep, using introduced parental Berderdale and Poll Dorset sheep. Twelve blood bio-chemical index, body weight and size of Gansu modern meat sheep new population were determined, and blood bio-chemical genetics were researched in this study. Based on the study general behave of adaptability, heritability and developing ,Ideal individuals selected from hybrid F2 and F3 served as the traits of new breed population, which were used to culture new breed. The result showed as follow:1.Based on the body weight and size index of different age new breed population ,which were selected randomly from yongchan peasant household,growth performance were analyzed,the result shower that every body size index of new breed population were prior to M,Compared to M,weight of BMF1,BMF2 and BMF3 when they were 3 month age increased 17.98%,36.67% and 42.42% , weight of BMF2 and BMF3 were higher than M and BMF1 dramatically while DMF1,DMF2 and DMF3 increased 21.11%,22.50% and 33.38%, weight of DMF3 were higher than DMF2 and M dramatically.When they were 6 month age BMF1,BMF2 and BMF3 increased 13.17%,21.32% and 25.64%, weight of BMF2 and BMF3 were higher than M and BMF1 dramatically while DMF1,DMF2 and DMF3 increased 10.00%,16.65% and 21.14%, weight of DMF2 and DMF3 were higher than M and DMF1 dramatically, one year age the weight of BMF1,DMF1,BMF2,DMF2 were higher than M dramatically, BMF1 and BMF2 increased 27.14% and 30.51% while DMF1 and DMF2 increased 22.01% and 25.25%,when they full age the weight of M were lower than hybrid dramatically,BMF1 and BMF2 increased 31.40% and 37.67% while DMF1 and DMF2 increased 26.04% and 33.36%.size index of Gansu modern meat sheep new breed population were larger than the same age female parent, colony body form of F2 and F3 had the obvious characteristic of male parent and had higher fastness, It suggested that select Ideal individuals from hybrid F2 and F3 served as the traits of new breed population and culture new breed2.
