Effect Of The Different Level Of Vitamin E In Diets On Semen Quality Of Luxi Yellow Bull

The objectives of the studies were to elucidate effect of Vitamin E supplemented in the ration with the control(A group, 15IU/kg Vitamin E),10(B group,150IU/kg Vitamin E),60(C group, 900IU/kg Vitamin E),100 (D group,1500IU/kg Vitamin E)times of control on the qualities of Luxi yellow bull semen and its intake behavior by 4×4 latin design with the Luxi yellow bull.The results showed that Vitamin E added in ration signify- cantly improved the density of spermatozoon,the motility of fresh semen and the quality of semen (p<0.05).With Vitamin E supplemented in ration increasing,the density of spermatozoom and the motility of fresh semen were increased. However the best motility of fresh semen and the density of spermatozoon were obtained from 60times of control group(C group)in both the Luxi yellow bull.
