The results showed that the regression equation from ultraviolet spectrophotometry was: A=0.0414C-0.0022,r=0.9994,the average recovery rate was (99.11±1.96)%, The relative stand deviation (RSD) was 1.97%. Determining the content of metoclopramide in WeiDeshu powder by ultraviolet spectrophotometry was simple and quick, the result was reliable.3 stability experiment: Humidity stability test,illumination stability test,accelerated test and long-term test were carried in order to test the stability of WeiDeshu powder. The results showed that the average content of WeiDeshu powder is 98.8% at 25℃isothermal and 75% relative humidity (RH) condition for 10 d. There was no change in content and character under the daylight lamp for 20 d under illuminance of light (2.8×103 Lux), room-temperature (25±1℃),relative humidity (75%). The results of accelerated test showed that there are no obvious change in content and character of WeiDeshu powder at 40℃isothermal and 75% relative humidity (RH) condition for 6 months. Long-term test showed that the content of WeiDeshu powder is excess 95%. Analyzed the active session according to the data of long-term test, It concludes that the active session was 35 months when they were conserved in temperature (25±2℃), RH (60±10)%, lightproof, packing with aluminum foil bags.4 study on the pharmacy: In order to prove the effect of WeiDeshu powder on the movement of gastric and intestine, test was conducted in rabbits of vivo and vitro to observe movement of gastric and intestine.
