Acute Normovolemic Hemodilution(ANH)is a kind of method of autologous transfusion blood transfusion,ANH can avoid the allogeneic blood transfusion of antigen-antibody reaction caused by hemolysis,irritability and fever.It can avoid blood diseases such as distemper,parasitic diseases,etc.Moderately collected blood can stimulate the body's blood regeneration,postoperative patient will be back to the collection of blood lose,ANH can complement the emergency lost blood,the blood index can be improved in a short time,accelerate the recovery of disease.This paper discusses the effects of different blood thinness on the intestinal mucosa of rabbits and selects the optimal blood dilution range for small animal surgery.28 healthy adult rabbits were selected,randomly divided into 4 groups.Control group(H0),mild dilution group H1(Hct30%),moderate dilution group H2(Hct24%)?severe dilution group H3(Hctl8%).Before the hemodilution(To),2h after dilution(Ti),4h(T2),6h(T3),four time points measured the heart rate(HR),blood pressure(MAP),respiratory frequency(R),blood oxygen(SpO2),each group made blood smear,erythrocyte morphology at 6h.Ileum was taken for histopathological section and observed under the microscope.The activity of Superoxide Dismutase(SOD)and Malondialdehyde(MDA)were measured.H3 group blood smear showed more neutrophils.The intestinal mucosa was observed under H3 group microscope.MDA content,T3 time point H3 group and H0 group were significantly increased,with significant difference(P<0.01)?and the H3 group and H0 group were significantly reduced at T3 time point,with significant difference(P<0.01).Under the condition of general anesthesia,using ringer's lactate solution for ANH,6h,target Hct is 30%,did not see of rabbit small intestine mucosa damage,target Hct was 24%,the rabbit small intestine mucosa appeared slight damage,target Hct was 18%,the rabbit small intestine mucosa injury was serious.Normal temperature and general anesthesia,using the Ringer's solution liquid ANH,6h,Hct30%,the small intestinal mucosa of the rabbit did not appear to be damaged;Hct24%,the small intestinal mucosa of rabbits was slightly damaged;Hct18%,rabbit small intestinal mucosal injury serious;In clinical application,when Hct24%was diluted with blood,the canine recovered well.
