Tissue Culture Of Nervilia Fordii

Selecting the corm, stem and stalk of Nervilia fordii the specialty medicinal plant of Guangxi province as implant, this experiment makes initial study on inducement of the amphitropous stem of Nervilia fordii, regeneration of the amphitropous stem of Nervilia fordii, inducement of the corm of Nervilia fordii, plantation of the corm of Nervilia fordii, plantation of the seedling of Nervilia fordii with small leaf blade. Finally we draw conclusions as below:1. Inducement of the amphitropous stem of Nervilia fordiiComparing the inducement effects of different materials with the corm, stem and stalk of Nervilia fordii the specialty medicinal plant of Guangxi province as explanted in the summer, the experiment shows that it has little effect on disinfection and will produce great pollution when using the blade and stalk of Nervilia fordii as explanted. However effect on corm as explanted is different. Therefore, corm is the best for explanting.2.
