Tilia mongolica Maxim, is a member of Tiliaceae family. It has been reported that T. mongolica has inhibiting effect to Anoplophora glabripennis. To find the active constituents for controlling Anolophola glabripennis (Motsch) in the Tilia mongolica, the research for the chemical constituents of Tilia mongolica have been developed. In present study, by extracting the barks and leaves of T. mongolica using a series of organic solvents respectively, different kinds of extracts were obtained. Seven compounds have been isolated by utilizing column chromatography, preparative TLC and recrystallization techniques. The complete structures of compounds have been identified by IR, 1D and 2D NMR( 1HNMR, 13CNMR, DEPT, HMQC, HMBC and 1h,1H-COSY) data and literatures. They are Friedelin (1), Heptadecanoic acid (2), Oleanolic acid (3), Taraxeryl octacosanoic acetate (4), Caffeine (5) , (3-D thymidine 3',5'-di (4-chlorobenzoate)(6). Among them, 2,3,5 and 7are known compounds isolated from the genus for the first time. |
