This experiment were based on the FQ-PCR method which were founded by our lab. I detected the dynamics of Escherichia/ Staphylococcus/ Lactobacillus genus in respiratory and alimentary tract of ducks infected by DPV virulent strain through nasal infection, oral infection and hypodermic infection and its relative inhabitation ducks. We got the results below:1. trachea: (1)nasal infection: Escherichia of inhabitation ducks were higher than control (P<0.05); Staphylococcus were lower than control (P<0.05)and its inhabitation ducks were higher than control(P<0.01); Lactobacillus were higher than control(P<0.01)and its inhabitation ducks were higher than control(P<0.05). (2)Oral infection: Staphylococcus were lower than control (P<0.05)and its inhabitation ducks were higher than control (P<0.05); Lactobacillus were higher than control (P<0.01) and its inhabitation ducks were lower than control (P<0.05). (3)Hypodermic infection: Escherichia were lower than control (P<0.01); Staphylococcus were higher than control (P<0.01) and its inhabitation ducks were lower than control (P<0.01). Lactobacillus and inhabitation ducks were higher than control (P<0.01).2. Esophagus: (l)Nasal infection: Escherichia were higher than control (P<0.01). Staphylococcus were higher than control (P<0.05); Lactobacillus were higher than control (P<0.01) and its inhabitation ducks were higher than control (P<0.05). (2) Oral infection: Escherichia were higher than control (P<0.01) and its inhabitation ducks were higher than control (P<0.05); Staphylococcus were higher than control (P <0.01); Lactobacillus of inhabitation ducks were higher than control (P<0.01). (3) Hypodermic infection: Escherichia were higher than control (P<0.01); Staphylococcus were higher than control (P<0.01). inhabitation ducks were lower than control (P< 0.05). Lactobacillus were higher than control(P<0.01). inhabitation ducks were lower than control (P<0.05).3. Duodenum: (1) Nasal infection: Escherichia were lower than control (P<0.05), inhabitation ducks were higher than control (P<0.01) and its inhabitation ducks were higher than control (P<0.05). Lactobacillus were lower than control (P<0.01).(2):...
