The research applied real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR(FQ-PCR)technique to study the varietal-regularity of enteron and respiratory tract's Bifidobacterium, Bacillus, Enterococcus for 20-days-age ying-tao-tu-duck after artificially infected by DPV. The major contents as follows:1. Developed the real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR approach for Enterococcus, which had fine specificity and sensitivity, could detects its quantity in enteron and trachea.2. After the 20-days-age ying-tao-tu-duck artificially infected by DPV, enteron and respire-tory tract's Bifidobacterium, Bacillus, Enterococcus' quantitative detection consequence and varietal-regularity detected by the real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR goes as follows:(1)The enteron and respiratory tract's Bifidobacterium submit diminish obviously for the e-xperimental group infected by hypodermical injection and its cohabitant, especially the duck's duodenum:12h(1.232E+08),24h(2.436E+07),48h (2.866E+06), 72h(6.046E+ 05), which infected by hypodermical injection, and the quantitative alternation of cecum's for the hypodermical injection group's cohabitant:12h(5.960E+08),24h (4.815E+06), 48h (1.013E+10), 72h(1.341 E+08),6d(1.479E+07) also has representativeness. The Bifidobacterium's amount had increasing somewhat for other four route of infected duck, the trachea for instance: 2h(8.361E+05), 8h(1.653E+05),12h(9.519E+05),24h(4.372E+05), 48h(1.706E+06), 72h(2.142E+05),6d(6.451E+05), 9d (6.659E+06), 12d(2.599E+07),15d(1.232E+08), which infected by taking orally. (2)The Bacillus in infected duck's cecum had the increase tendency apparently, like the experimental duck in hypodermic group: 2h(9.279E+05),8h(1.721E+05),12h(1.390E+06), 24h(5.516 E+05),48h(3.895E+06),72h(2.205E+07). The other region all showed scrannel crinkle variation after infected, and all come round to incipient level in later stage, like the infected duck' s esophago in dropping-nose group: 2h(5.774E+07),8h(1.059E+08),12h(3.055E+08), 24h(9.256E+ 07),48h(2.430E+06),2h(3.376E+05),6d(2.384E+06),9d(2.722E+08),12d(2.359E+07),15d(1.124E+07). (3) The Enterococcus' amount in infected duck's esophago: 12h(2.394E+07), 24h(3.821E+07), 48h(6.973E+ 07),72h(5.533E+08), ileum: 24h(2.455E+04),48h(6.726E+06),72h(4.670E+07),which fr -om hypodermic group.
