In this Paper, the effect of different tillage on yield and physiological trait and soil physicochemical properties in spring wheat was studied with mid-gluten cultivar (Xinchun 6). The results indicated that:There were significant on soil water content in different tillage. Soil water content in no tillage with wheat stubble (NT3) were the highest than others, then the no tillage with no stubble (NT2), the third was no tillage with corn stubble (NT1), the fourth was conventional tillage(CT) . In different tillage, there were differentiation on drained up limit. Drained up limit of no tillage were higher than conventional tillage. To soil test weight, there were influence in different tillage to some extent. soil test weight of no tillage with stubble (NT3), soil test weight of no tillage with no stubble (NT2), soil test weight of no tillage with stubble (NT1)were higher 5.0%,5.5%,6.7%than that of conventional tillage, respectively. the amount of nitrogen-fixing bacteria in no tillage was more than that of convention tillage in middle-latter stage of wheat, the amount of nitrogen-fixing bacteria in no tillage with stubble mulch was 87.2% more than that of convention tillage in 0-10cm layer in last stage, The amount of fine-air cellulosic and hate-air cellulosic bacteria in no tillage with wheat stubble was higher than that of convention tillage in middle-latter stage of wheat.The activity of NRase in flag leaf decreased with the grain filling. There were diversity of NRase in different tillage, that of no tillage with wheat stubble >that of no tillage with no stubble > that of no tillage with corn stubble> that of conventional tillage .there were obvious effect on Chlorophyl of flag leaf in different tillage. And come to the highest in 14 days after anthesis , then decreased. that of no tillage with wheat stubble >that of no tillage with no stubble > that of no tillage with corn stubble> that of conventional tillage. LAI of wheat changed as a curve after anthesis , And come to the highest in 7 days after anthesis , LAI of no tillage were higher 35.9%than that of conventional tillage. and the tiptop reached 102.97%.that of no tillage with wheat stubble >that of no tillage with no stubble > that of no tillage with corn stubble> that of conventional tillage .Grain filling characteristic of Xinchun 6 was consistent with logistic function in different tillage. Correlation coefficients R~2 in equations were above 0.9981, with significant difference. Effect of different tillage on grain filling period, grain filling rate and grain weight in different grain filling stage was determined. The time with grain filling period in lag phase of no-tillage with wheat stubble was longer than that of conven-tion tillage; In grain filling stags, grain filling rate of no-tillage was higher than that of convention tillage; In linear phase, the grain filling rate of no-tillage with wheat stubble and no-tillage with-out wheat stubble were 7.7% , 7.4% more than that of convention tillage, respectively. The effect of different tillage on wheat yield were different remarkably, and different margin. there were obvious difference among the yield of different tillage. The yield of no tillage with wheat stubble, that of no tillage with no stubble , that of no tillage with corn stubble were higher than that of conventional tillage 44.89%,33.40% and 14.58%; compared with conventional tillage, the yield were more 2412kg/hm~2,1485kg/ hm~2 and 505.5kg/ hm~2,respectively.
