| Based on a experiment which was conducted at a located experimental station in Loess Plateau of central Gansu province, the effects of photosynthetic physiological characteristics, protective enzyme activity, content of chlorophyll , proline content and MDA content of spring wheat leaves were investigated by eight years rotation. The aim was to learn how petency of spring wheat to reply the drought stress in different tillage measures under different tillage practices, Results showed that compared conventional tillage with,no-till, no-till with straw mulching and conventional tillage with straw returning,,the spring wheat of net photosynthetic rate, Stomatal Conductance, transpiration rate and chlorophyII content were increarised with different degree in Joining,Booting and Filling.1 Conservation tillage can improve greatly the SOD activity, POD activity and CAT activity of spring wheat leaves ,it was the best effect on NTS and NTConservation tillage spring can delay aging, to increase their resistance, in the spring growth of important growth period, no-tillage spring wheat straw mulch ,no-tillage leaves endogenous protective enzyme activity (SOD activity, POD activity and CAT activity) are the highest, free straw mulch tillage times, the traditional minimum tillage. Four types of tillage measurs, compared to No-Tillage Straw mulch,No-Tillage have the best effection.. Correlation analysis showed that protective enzyme activities are higher under conservation tillages than Traditional tillage.2 The MDA content was the highest under traditional tillage, but the convervation tillages are the varseWith the promotion of reproductive age of spring wheat, lipid peroxide content MDA increased rapidly, Traditional farming treatment of MDA content was significantly higher than No-Tillage Straw mulch and No-Tillage treatment, from the different growth stages, the booting stage MDA the highest, followed by jointing stage, the smallest grain-filling stage. An increasing tendency of MDA content appeared as the soil drough becomes serious with correlation ahaylsis.3 Under conventional tillage leaves the highest proline content was significantly higher than no-tillage treatment and no-tillage straw mulch treatmentTillage measures on spring wheat leaves the regulation of metabolism has obvious role in the treatment of spring wheat leaf proline content in the highest at booting stage, jointing stage followed by the lowest grain-filling stage. Under conventional tillage leaves the highest proline content was significantly higher than No-Tillage treatment and No-Tillage Straw mulch treatment. Correlation analysis showed that the proline content and soil moisture content was a negative correlation between the relationship of spring wheat under drought stress the more serious the higher proline content.4 The chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate can be improved effectively under convervation tillagesDifferent tillage measures on the spring leaf net photosynthetic rate (Pn), transpiration rate (Tr), stomatal conductance (Gs) and other photosynthetic eco-physiological indicators have obvious implications. With spring wheat growing: net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance, photosynthesis and other physiological changes similar to both the performance of conservation tillage than conventional tillage. Changes in Chlorophyll content, along with the advance of spring wheat growing season, showing NTS> NT> TS> T change in the law, and the significant differences between treatment. NTS, NT, and TS can maintain a higher net photosynthetic rate, the better photosynthetic performance, especially in No-Tillage Straw mulch effect more visible. |
