Apricot is one old fruit trees of China, it has a wide range, extremely versatile and high cost-effective. The flowering of the apricot trees is easily but early which is vulnerable to frost damage, the production of the apricot fruit will be lower even total destruction. So there is a folk proverb that only one year we can harvest the apricot fruit even we culture ten years the apricot tree. According to the survey, in the main producing areas in northern, the major factor resulting in annual production of apricot in unstable was frozen flowers. In this study , the fine varieties Jintaiyang, Mate and Kate were used as donor. We use the nitrogen ion implantation method to made the cold Ammopiptanthus gene (AmGS) into the body. The results achieved was following:1 Apricot cultivars and N~+ concentration was significantly affected on the graft survival rate. Different factors influence on the mutation rate is not the same. Different combinations of effects on internodes length was not significant difference, the majority was concentrated about 1.3cm. Treated leaves of Jintaiyang and Kate were generally thicker than the control, but the Mate's was thinner. The leaves were normal and no much change with low concentration of N~+ treatment, Variation of the leaves increases with the N~+ concentration increased, leaf became deformity or cracking. Setting rate after treatment was generally low, large differences between species, the other dealing with little effect. The performance of fruit development of the difference between the treatments was not obvious. There was also less obvious differences on sweetness.2 N~+ implantation into the foreign gene molecular detection analysis showed that the largest factor to the conversion rate was N~+ concentration relation. Three factors on the conversion rate of size were N~+ concentration of> DNA dip time> species, N~+ the higher the concentration, dip DNA The time is short, the higher the conversion rate. 3 From transgenic mutant lines of Physiological test showed that low temperature induced gene expression started cold, LT50 lethal temperature became lower, membrane protective enzyme increased, soluble protein content increased and MDA content decreased, thus caused the improvement of cold hardiness.4 Transgenic apricot fruit on the environmental impact, by feeding on chickens and sheep, there is no obvious disease, tests the draw blood and lymphocyte ratio, the ratio cells has increased, while the granulocytes, granulocytes significantly increased. Animal feeding fruit may have an impact on the stomach, making the animal's own immune enhancement, did not cause disease in animals.
