Effects Of Degrease DDGS On Performance, Blood Biochemical Index And Nutrients Utilization Of Finishing Pigs

This thesis selected 96 Duroc-Landrace-Yorkshire crossbred finishing pigs (body weight 60kg),which were randomly assigned to one of four dietary treatments (8 pigs/pen,3 pens/treatment), The groupâ… were raised basal diet consisting of a corn-soybean-mixed feed, and the groupâ…¡,â…¢andâ…£were supplemented with 8%,16% and 24% degrease DDGS, respectively. This trail mainly studied the effects of different proportion degrease DDGS on performance, blood biochemical index and nutrients utilization of finishing pigs, in order to determine suitable degrease DDGS dose of supplement in pigs' dieary and provide theoretical basis for the development and utilization of degrease DDGS. The 45-day trail results showed that comparing with the control group,(1) When the degrease DDGS addition was 8% and 16%, the average daily grain and the average daily feed intake had no significant difference (P>0.05), while the 24% degrease DDGS addition group decreased significantly (P<0.05).(2) Adding degrease DDGS had an increasing trend of Feed/Gain, while the 24% addition group was increase significantly(P<0.05).(3) Adding degrease DDGS had a decreasing trend of serum bood urea nitrogen, while the 24% addition group had significant difference(P<0.05).(4) The concentration of serum AST decreased(P>0.05) when the degrease DDGS addition was 8% and 16%, while the 24% addition group increased(P>0.05).(5) Adding degrease DDGS had no significant difference on the concentration of the serum tatal protein, alanine aminotransferanse, tatal cholesterol, triglycerides, calclum and phosphate(P>0.05).(6) Adding different degrease DDGS decreased the utilization of crude protein and energy(P< 0.05), while the utilization of crude fiber also decreased in various degrees.(7) Adding 8% degrease DDGS decreased the utilization of ether extract (P>0.05) and phosphate(P<0.05), while 16% and 24% addition groups increased them.From the total trial, adding degrease DDGS in finishing pigs diet affected palatability, decreased average daily feed intake, as well as lacked of energy for finishing pigs. Therefore, degrease DDGS couldn't add too much in finishing pigs diet. And this trial advise the dosage of degrease DDGS in finishing pigs can't exceed 8%.
