The experiment on the influence of high-voltage electric field of corona in varied doses upon the change of germination rate of ArtemisaarenariaDC seed were made, the content of chlorophy,the content of Protein and MDA as well as the activity of SOD and POD were examined. The result shows that the germination rate of ArtemisaarenariaDC seed trends to rise up at first and go down later; the content of chlorophy,the content of Protein and MDA as well as the activity of SOD and POD all undergo an obvious change at certain treatment voltage and treatment time. The index is much higher than their contrasting group.The PCR and RT-PCR examinations on the transformant preliminarily prove that the foreign gene has been transferred into the plant by abstracting fragment from the transformant in the same size with the foreign gene. The content of crude protein in the transformed seedlings were examined. The result shows that:the quota in the testing group are much higher 2.63%~6.13% than the contrasting group and increase 4.67% in average.
