Result:The 25cm X 35cm group planted the most effective trees per unit area,20cm×45cm group center,30cm×40cm group least;height decreasing order:25cm×35cm group>30cm×40cm group>20cm×45cm group;the descending order of plant leaf dry weight per plan, root dry weight per plant and root yield:20 cm×45cm group>30cm×40cm group> 25cm×35cm group, and 20cm×45cm group were significantly different specifications. Conclusion:The line growth advantage of Wide row-spaced narrow plant-spacing of planting Baphicanthus cusia (Nees) Bremek is Suitable for its cultivation requirements. Both to ensure the effective number of trees per unit area, and plant growth can thrive and improve growth, so appropriate planting specification is 20cm X 45cm group. 2 Changes of branch of Baphicanthus cusia (Nees) Bremek in Different growth stagesObjective:Explore the growth and development of Baphicanthus cusia (Nees) Bremek, to provide the scientific cultivation of experimental data for further standardization of the Baphicanthus cusia (Nees) Bremek.Method:Choosed 10 plants which are planted in spring in random in the field, observed and measured the height and branches of each plant. Result:From the datas of the first, second, third branches, the overall trend upward, but the number of branches decreased significantly at 12 months. Conclusion:There was fastest growth of Baphicanthus cusia (Nees) Bremek in the September-December, combined with appropriate cultivation techniques to create a good growth environment, it is able to better ensure the high quality of the Baphicanthus cusia (Nees) Bremek.3 The study of pruning planting3.1 The study of pruning toppingObjective:Make it conducive to root growth, thus increas the yield of underground parts and improve plant efficiencyMethod:Set cross-plot of the two groups, which were taken with and without topping the 10plants, weighing the weight of underground partResult:The dry weight of Radix et Rhizoma of the group which had hit the top of the plant was significantly greater than the average non-topping group, and there were significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion:By topping pruning treatment can effectively improve the yield of Radix et Rhizoma of Baphicanthus cusia, improve economic effic-iency and land cultivation utilization, then provide the scientific basis for GAP of Baphicanthus cusia (Nees) Bremek3.2 The study of flush-ground pruningObjective:Access to aerial parts and products, and had saved some under-ground part as Radix et Rhizoma of Baphicanthus cusia (Nees) Bremek to get the different medicinal partsMethod:Set cross-plot of the two groups, which were taken with and without topping the 10plants, weighing the weight of underground partResult:The dry weight of Radix et Rhizoma of the group which had taken a flush-ground pruning of the plant was significantly lesser than the average non-topping group, and there were significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion:As long as combinat the harvesting of folium of Baphicanthus cusia and Indigo Naturalis, got aerial parts and products by pruning, and had saved some underground part as Radix et Rhizoma of Baphicanthus cusia (Nees) Bremek to get the different medicinal parts, so the full advantage of the whole plant has been taken.3.3 ConclusionIt should be combined with various types of the production needs of traditional Chinese medicine Baphicanthus, make the scientific and rea-sonable arrangements for pruning. Therefore, the pruning treatment as conservation measures of field, become important means of obtaining various types of traditional Chinese medicine ofBaphicanthus4 The study disease and pest of plantObjective:Summary and summarized the types and the number of pests and diseases, symptoms and occurrence characteristics, and to take effective measures for prevention, as smoothly lay the foundation for the standar-dized planting of Baphicanthus cusia.Method:(1)Monthly record of pathogens or pests and their morphological characteristics, symptoms and occurrence characteristics. (2)Use agricultural practices, chemical control and biological controlmethods to execute pest control.Result:The growing areas were not aware of diseases, pests are found, mole crickets, such as bugs, snails, slug, moth, crickets, locusts, aphids, red spider, white powder Kuwana, inchworm. the pest species, quantity, degree of harm and the time varies were mainly different. Conclusion:Pests of the South should be combined with local geography, climate and other ecological environment, with sources, Insect and other specific conditions to study, and based on the occurrence of pests and diseases to take specific prevention measures.5 The study of fertilizers5.1 The study of base fertilizer typesObjective:choose scientific and rational base fertilizers, even if the medicinal plants meet the safety requirements, but also enable high yield and quality of Baphicanthus cusia (Nees) BremekMethod:(1)Selected three plot, which were treated with different basal spe- cies, namely sulfuricacid compound 15kg 15kg+bar field group, toilet fat 1000kg+15bags of coarse sawdust group and nofertilizer(cont-rol group)(2)40 days after planting, select 10 plants of each plot, measured height, branch number and the new root number.Result:The group of toilet basal fertilizer 1000kg,15 bags of coarse sawdust of the colonization for 40 days had the maximum height, the number of branches per plant and the new root number, followed by sulfuric acid Ba Tin 15kg+15kg group compound, and finally as a control gro-up, And there were significant differences among three groupsConclusion:Integrated fertilizer and its economic benefits, the choice of coarse sawdust toiletfertilizeris as basal fertilizer was a scien-tific and reasonable application method.5.2 The study of Various fertilizersObjective:To seek the quantitative relationship between the different fertilizers and productivity and the determination of Indirubin in Radix et Rhizoma Baphicacanthi, and screen out the best fertilizer for plangting Baphicacanthus Cusia BremekMethod:Take Radix et Rhizoma Baphicacanthi used different fertilizers, then weigh the dry weight, after grinding and extracting, the determination of Indirubin was determined by HPLC.Result:The fertilizer production and indirubin significantly had different content with control group. We can see that farmyard manure group >chemical fertilizer group>biological fertilizer group>control group. The best choice should be the group with the highest determination of Indirubin,Conclusion:There is great difference among the effect-on productivity and the determination of Indirubin in Radix et Rhizoma Baphicacanthi of different fertilizers, therefore, in the GAP of Baphicacanthus Cusia Bremek, farmyard manure is the first choice.6 The study of best harvest6.1 The study of Baphicanthus leaves for suitable harvestObjective:to determine the best harvest of Baphicanthus leavesMethod:In the May to the following year in January monthly picked Baphicanthus leaves Respectively, measured indirubin content by HPLCResult:In May, indirubin higher levels of seedling stems and leaves, July to September higher than May, August to the highest levels, followed months decreased rapidly, to 11 months, the level had slow recoved. Conclusion:Indirubin content of the Baphicanthus leaves in mid-August re-ach the highest level, combin the pharmacological effects of the active ingredient, it can be considered that mid-August is the best harvest of the Baphicanthus leaves.6.2 The study of Suitable planting cycleObjective:Shorten the growing cycle of the Baphicanthus cusia (Nees) Bremek, decrease cost of cultivation, make basis for the high production and good quality of green herbs.Method:(1) Cultivation and its processing products:after planting, re-spectively 6 months,1 year,2 years harvest, randomly selected 10 plants in each group, measured average dry weight per plant, and measured indirubin content by HPLC(2) Wild products and their processing:select the Six months old,1 year old,2 years old samples, measurements were the same with the cultivation of products.Result Cultivated and wild Baphicanthus cusia (Nees) Bremek yield increased with the increase of growth years, cultivation was significantly higher than those wild products, there were significant differences between the twogroups;whether wild or cultivated Rhizoma et Radix of Baphicanthus cus-ia, the indirubin were shown with the trend that Decreased with the growth age increasing;the indirubin content of cultivated products was lower than their wild peersConclusion:Combine cultivation and production and indirubin content of the Baphicanthus cusia with economic and the actual needs of production into account, the best harvest of cultivated Baphicanthus cusia was Dec-mber in that year (planting time for 9 months or so), planting cycle should be one year6.3 ConclusionIn summary, it can be combined the practical needs of agricultural production with local climatic conditions, start production practice of harvesting Baphicanthus leaves and of Rhizoma et Radix of Baphicanthus cusia flexibly, this study provide guidance and theoretical basis.
