Research On Effect Of Cd To The Main Medicinal Components Of Baphicanthus CusiaBremek And Contral Technology

This article studies on effect of CD to the growth of BCB,major nutrients(N,P,K)and indirubin by pot experiments under the different levels of cadmiam coutaminated soil.The test results show that it is increasing with the increasing of the soil cadmiam. Most of cadmium in BCB body from polluted soil accumulated in the roots and little of cadmium in the shoot. BCB's height, number of branches, number of leaves have been affected and the average dry weight has been dropping due to the accumulation of cadmium in the BCB body. The level of N,P,K ,Indirubin and quality deline cadmium level exceds health standards drugs (Cd≤0.03mg).Tests study effects of Cd on the growth of BCB major nutrients(N,P,K)and indiru by pot experiments under cadmium contaminated soil.The test results show that adding the appropriate anornt of lime for inhibitors can control craps uptake on the soil offedive cadmium.And the level of cadmium deline to the standards of the drugs health. Adding FCMP for inhibitors can contral crops uptake on the soil effective cadmium.Theeffect of low FCMP volume processing is beffer than high FCMP volume proceving. The yield and indirubin in contrast, the former than the latter, respectively48.96% and 88.73%.The cadium content and the total ash content compared to the previous,the former than the latter , low 36.84% and 11.52%.And the former meet standard of medicinal.Adding organic fertilizer for inhibitors effectively control crops uptake on the soil effective cadium.In contrast of yield ,high volume organic fertilizer higher than low-level; in contrast of quality ,indirubin content mcadium content and the total ash content of low-level,higher 12.5%.lower 31.52% and lower 3% than high-level .Low-level meets standard of medicinal .Plants Growth Regulator can fast the growth period ,thereby reducing the absorption of cadimium ,On baptist-time choice ,we should choose the appropriate 1.5 hours .Yield of baptist roots as 1.5 hours than 3-hours higher 97.71%, indirubin higher 255.6%, the cadmium content lower 51% ,the total ash content lower 14.75%,meets the standard of medicinal.These results show that under polluted soil that cadmium level low than 20mg/Kg, if according to the standard green medicines cultivation BCB is organic-neutral and to accelerate growth, reduce the growth period and to deline the Cd level in BCB body meeting standard of medicinal.
