Study On Relevant Health Effects Of Water-soluble Silicon On Parental Generation And Ofspring With High-fat Diet

Silicon is common in water and foods, Studies confirm that silicon in water assimilate more easily than others. Silicon can not only improve development of embryon and salinity of skeleton, but also reduce the possibility of atherosclerosis.ICR mice were chosen as laboratory animal,150mg/L and 200mg/L of water-soluble silicon in drinking water were selected for reproduction, growth, neurobehavior, blood fat and skeleton of parental generation and offspring with high-fat diet compared with purified water. The conclusions are as follow:The results of effects on reproduction of water-soluble silicon on parental generation with high-fat diet show that:Drinking water with no silicon had a low rate of conception and female offsprings.Drinking water with excessive silicon (200mg/L) resulted in low conception rate.The results of effects on growth and development of offspring during suckling period with high-fat diet and water-soluble silicon showed that:parental generation with drinking water contained silicon was helpful to tooth eruption, brain tissue, nervous system, movement and learning ability of offspring. The optimum concentration wass 150 mg/L.The results of effects on growth and development of water-soluble silicon on parental generation and stopped lactation offspring with high-fat diet show that:Parental generation which drank water contained silicon was helpful to nerve calming of offspring, the function strengthened as silicon content increased; Silicon in drinking water had significant improvement on fatigue relieving of parental female generation and male offspring; cognition ability, exploration and cogniton ability of parental generation and offspring.The effects and mechanism of blood fat and skeleton of water-soluble silicon on parental generation and offspring with high-fat diet show that:Silicon could improve the drgee of calcification, promote hydroxyproline construction, thus increased the femur quality of offspring and the femur length of parental male generation and offspring. It could also improve NO and reduce MDA in serum, so Drinking water contained silicon of parental generation with water contained silicon could reduce LDL content in serum and prevent angiosclerosis of offspring, TG and TCH in serum decreased as silicon content increased.
