Studies On Cross Breeding And Part Aseptic Germination Of Cymbidium Hybridium

Cymbidium was live mostly plants a part of orchidaceae like C. goeringii . C.faberiduse. C.goeringii var·iongi. C.Sinense. The research was advanced to in Taishan Forestry Academy and yixiang Cymbidium park .The experimental material was the variety Which were chosen and nurtured from the hybridsby artificial cross breeding among the epiphytic species of cymbidium .The most studies foeused on three aspects: The first was about the artifieial pollination and the growth of cylnbidium .The major objeetive was to find the potential obstacles in cymbidium .The second was to establish the system of asylnbiotic propagation .The three was to research the effects of different medium and concentrations of incretion,AC and juice on the callus formation and somatic embryogenesis of Cymbidium using an orthogonal design. The results show that:1.The experiment about Hybridization Cymbidium designed 4 different types and 65 compages, 37 compagesPresents the phenomenon ofovary expand , The pollination fertility reaches as high as 94.8%, 108 fruits obtains After the pollination,the phenomenon about falling off of fruit about 30-60 days, 87 fruits obtains When recovery, the rate of harvest mating is 82.1%.2.The eapsule growing eurve was single'S'Pattern, Different crosses have different best harvest time. If C. goeringii and C.faberiduse as female parent, the harvest time should prolong to 120-150 day after cross, If C.goeringii var·iongi use as female parent, the harvest time is about 150-180 day after cross.we can get more PLBs if we chose the best time to harvest.3.When C. goeringii .C.faberiduse and C.goeringii var·iongi as female parent, the best medium was ZB11; Different medium has different Rhizome bourgeon amount. So we should chose the best medium to get more cross-offspring.4 .'Dafu Gui'×'Song mei'the best proliferate medium for rhizome is1/2MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+ NAA0.1mg/L+ CM20ml/L +AC 0.5 g/L, the best differentiate medium for rhizome is 1/2 MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L + NAA 0.5 mg/L+ CM 20 ml/L ,the best rooting medium for rhizome is B5 +6-BA1.0mg/L+ NAA0.5mg/L+ CM20ml/L.'Dafu Gui'×'Wenzhou su'the best proliferate medium for rhizome is W +6-BA1.0mg/L+ NAA0.5mg/L+ CM20ml/L +AC0.5g/L, the best differentiate medium for rhizome is B5 +6-BA1.0mg/L+ NAA1.0mg/L+ CM20ml/L, the best rooting medium for rhizome is MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+NAA1.0—1.5mg/L+ CM 20ml/L。5.Pine bark and pearlite were best media for temporary planting of tissue culture seedling of Cymbidium.
